Location. Cleanliness of the room. When we walked in to the room it's was a strong smell of weed, like some body just smoked and left. I even noticed a parts of weed on night stand. OK, we open window and left for few ours enjoy SF.

Near lots of eating establishments. Lack of parking. Other than the parking, this was a pretty decent hotel. Outside noise was a little loud, but it's San Francisco. Location for traveling about was excellent.

Free parking and close toFisherman's Whart. Bed uncomfortable, outdated. Was ok when all you're looking for is a place to sleep after sightseeing all day. Rooms are small and outdated, but served our purposes just fine for a night.

This hotel was right on a major bus line, so you could park your car for the duration and travel all over SF.

Free parking. There is no dining and no swimming pool, a small check in room and by the stairs is a bunch of junk piled up, small rooms and not pretty.

Cockroaches, broken security locks, dirt, unsafe, horrible towels, no phones, no food. Do not stay here. Literally a roach motel.

Idid like the hide-a-bed, however it was very dirty. Awrapped stale muffin is not whatI call a continently breakfast! Lets just say I m glad we went their to just sleep!

Walking distance to Wharf. Cable TV, fridge, wireless internet. The Wharf is like 10 minutes walking distance. If I was visiting SF in the future, I would stay here again.

Cheap price. Loud, very poorly insulated. I liked how affordable this place was. pretty close to the wharf. Neighbors were drinking and vomiting on the walkway next door from 2-4am with no reguard of anyone else. Due to lack of insulation every noise kept us up.

Clean, friendly staff, andgood location. No internet access, and no lobby. If I go to San Francisco again, I may stay at the same hotel. The hotel is not a fancy hotel but it provides the basic necessary things and the staff reacts swiftly to the demands of customers. And it is easy to find and access in the Fisherman's Wharf.

Quality. This is a budget motel that you get nothing out of but a small room without any view. It was relatively clean. The staff was neutral and got their job done. If you just need a cheap room for the night, this place is fine. Otherwise, it brings absolutely nothing the table.

Nothing, very old and dirty. The hotel is very old, falling apart and very dirty, very busy and noisy as well, close to a main road. The hotel is very old, falling apart and very dirty, very busy and noisy as well, close to a main road. Would not recommend!

We were very happy with the location. Convenient access to Wharf and transportation. Maintenance was poor. Not very well set-up for the needs of my young grandchildren. We were very happy with the location. And because we generally only slept at the hotel, it was fine for our needs. Our room was missing an iron and a TV remote. My adult daughter's room had a touchy entry system -- it was difficult to get in. My daughter has babies. The hotel had no cribs available and the staff was reluctant -- or refused-- to provide bedding that allowed making a place for the young ones on the floor. The stair way to the second floor was dark and uninviting. There was an elevator but it wasn't very well located, either. We'd stay there again if we did not have little kids with us. The location is great. But again, it is a place to sleep while you are in San Francisco.

Inexpensive. Hard to find, not as convenient as I thought, not much parking and not as clean outside as I would like.

Location. Not very well maintained, room furniture stored in parking lot, not very clean.

Location. 1 star. This was basically a 1 star motor inn that was bought by a chain all suite hotel. Very disappointing.

Location. Old, run-down, dumpy lobby. The location is only saving grace of staying here. The room is old and unattractive.

It was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and I was pleased. Abit noisy. Pleasant and clean room. Nothing fancy and the staff were friendly.

It did have a refrigerator and microwave which is nice to have. The surrounding area was not clean, it was not in a very good area. I have always been pleased with the hotel choices until this time. I've stayed at The Mark Hopkins and The Hilton Hotel. I was very disappointed.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was not clean, bed uncomfortable and bathroom was full of rust and there were not adequate linens in the room for 2 people. The room was not clean, beds uncomfortable, the bathroom had rust all over it and the first night there was not even shampoo in the room. The towels were not much bigger than a handtowel and there was only 2 of these tiny towels for two people. We were not happy. The staff was nice but the hotel was run down and we tried our best to stay out late so we would not have to be there and got also go up early just to get out. Thank goodness the weather was nice!
