Two floor motel with 56 rooms. The second floor can be accessed by stairs in the front of the building or in the back of the building. The entrances to all rooms are on the outside. The lobby and front desk are located at the front of the building the side facing Interstate 44. Parking lot surrounds the eastern and western sides of the building. A fenced in outdoor pool is located on the eastern end of the building.
