Tiny room in a convenient location. Dumpy place, but passable to sleep , but I would not recommend this to anyone. Continental breakfast was better than I expected.

Close to restaurants, stores. It was dirty, smelled. The room was small as advertised. That was tolerable but it smelled inside like cheap air freshener. We tried to open the window and it fell into the room. It did not look clean at all and it was hard to tell if the door was secure when closed.

Mold growing on shower curtains/walls. dirty washcloths in shower, stains & holes in bedspreads & carpet, smoke detector hanging by its wires, dingy bath towels thin as dishrags. No Vermont charm here. This place needs to be torn down.

Only that it was close to the main restaurants and shopping. Our room was dirty, white towels were very dingy, bed spread old, holes in it and room smelled of cigarettes, air conditioner screen was dirty. This hotel room should have been condemned, it was dirty, old, and smelly of cigarettes, towels were dingy white, I was happy I only had to stay there one night, though I didn't sleep much! The only good thing was that it was very close to the Main shopping and restaurant area.

that was the worst hotel i ever stayed at. if you keep advertising hotels like that, nobody could ever trust staying at a hotel oyu have on your site

I expected a nicer room/facility for the cost. There was no movie available, no indoor pool/other entertainment for family. The clerk was friendly, the facility was close to food. The room looked and smelled old and beaten. There were water stains on the ceiling and mildew in the bathroom, on the wall and shower curtain. A friend was staying at the Super 8 up the street and told me they paid less for the room and it was nicer. Reservations were made around the same time, so that was not a reason.

The room had a refrigerator in it. No window on the wall facing the parking lot on second-floor rooms -- this actually made me feel more secure. The other clientele were kind of scary. We were located about 2 miles North of Brattleboro near some gas stations and a freeway exit. They had free wireless internet. The temperature in the shower alternated from freezing to scalding and randomly sprayed water above the curtain the entire time. The amenities were alright inside the room but I didn't feel safe in this motel, even on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was tolerable but not actually good. The advertised rate here starts well below the price I paid for my room and I got the feeling there were a lot of people who actually lived here. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. I almost considered losing my deposit and looking for something else. I have stayed in worse places, but they all had the word "Hostel" in their name.

The room was attractive, comfortable, clean and had an excellent heating system. There was internet service at no cost in the office. The personnel were attentative and helpful.
