This experience was very good. Water park was extemely fun, however checkout time was very odd, it was set up for 11 am which was a little different than normal trend.

Inever had a massage before andthe spa was amazing. Iliked everything. It was a quick getaway for my husband and we had fun in the water park, like kids then went out on the town at night and even had an amazing massage at the spa! I would go again.

The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. We had a small problem with the AC in our room which the hotel solved by upgrading us to a deluxe suite. The staff was warm and friendly and eager to help us out with what ever problem we had. Our kids loved the waterpark and didn't even care about the rest of the trip as long as they got to play at the waterpark. I would definatly stay there again. I don't think I'll book through travelocity though. Travelocity custumer service leaves alot to be desired

We took my 10 year son to Niagara Falls for his birthday and we rally enjoyed this hotel. It is aboout half the size of Great wolf indoor water park but, it was well staffed with lifeguards and a security monitor for constant supervision from your room. They provided towels and life jackets for the little ones. I would go back.

The only complaint I had was the service was very poor for breakfast. We sat for 20 minutes without being approached and then when we finally got our food we had no silveware. We arrived early and purchased passes for the local attractions which was very convenient. I loved the non-smoking atmosphere. I would return again.

This is the best value for your money. I went with my 7 year old daughter and 9 year old son. They played all day! They had a blast. Not as big as some indoor water parks we have been to, but there were no crowds and no waiting and it cost WAY LESS. They had a blast. I definitely will do it again. (note: if you sign up for the hotels updates they will e-mail you on special rates-I got a great deal). The only bad part is the beds. They were really hard!

Great Water park, Clean Rooms, Nice and Friendly Staff. Great Foods too at Jack Tanner Restaurant. My 3 kids had a lot of fun. Would definitely be back every Year from now on. Thanks.

We were very happy with the location,to the falls and other attractions. Crossing the broder was not as bad as we had been told. The room was cleaned,and service good.We felt very secure going out and coming in at night.Lots of good shopping near by.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life and I am requesting a total refund. The hotel looked like nothing on the internet (have pictures to prove it) and the rooms smelled like garbage we was given a free upgrade and both of those rooms smell like cigarette smoke and beer. I wanted a refund at that time but the constomer service rep would not allow it. I did not want to stay at that Hotel. I spent an hour on the phone pleading with the rep to give me a refund so that I could go to another hotel but he would not. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau, if this matter is not resolved. And the hotel has charged my card an additional charge for nothing and I am trying to have the charges reverse. This was the 1st and last time I will be using your services. I have always used other online travel agencies and have always been pleased.

Best experience from start to finish. From the reservation call to check out time. We had so much fun in the waterpark, the kids were so tired that they went straight to bed. My mother came with us a there was lots of space in the room. My Husband and I went down to the restaurant and enjoy a great dinner. Check this place out!! You will have fun!

My children enjoyed the indoor water park. The room was dirty, housekeeping was poor. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when we arrived, and we were often forgotten when housekeeping made their daily rounds. We needed to call to have the room cleaned, to come back and empty trash. Definitely not worth the price.

The only suggestion that I would have is with regard to the water park. This was a very nice feature however it was very humid with no fresh air because it was glass enclosed the heat was trapped inside.

Main reason to choose this hotel is for the waterpark, it is a good one for young children. Restaurant food was just OK, service was below expectations, long waits, missing items, etc. Kitchen couldn't cope with volume. The hotel is a good place for young children and families who want to make use of a waterpark. Not conveniently located to Clifton Hill but there is easy access to the bus line. Food is adequate but expensive for what you get. Service at restaurant could be improved. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend as an economical way to enjoy a water park in Niagara Falls.

What a great place!!!! My son who is 4 years old loved the water park and all the children activities they had for him. Our room was wonderful and spacious. There was so much to do that everyone in the family was happy. Daddy enjoyed being a kid again in the arcade and water park, while mommy loved being pampered in the spa. Our little one just loved everything. We will definetly go back and we have already started to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our hockey team and their families stayed over the weekend of a tournament and everyone had a great time. We had a room for our teams to visit in together which was handy. Our family will definately be back with or without the team!! An excellent value!

Kids had an absolute blast! Great waterpark and excellent service. We not only had fun but felt relaxed - we could see the kids the whole time - great design! We'll be back!
