"We stayed in a 4 bedroom home near Disney and we were astounded by the condition of the property. The house was FILTHY. It did not contain basic essentials such as sheets, towels, utensils, blankets for all the beds."

The house was dirty. There were ants & bugs everywhere. The house was supposed to be 5 minutes from DISNEY and was 20 minutes and we had to pay tolls. There was one wash cloth for a family of FIVE people. We had to buy our own toilet paper. No Security gate on the POOL which is mandated by LAW. The BEDs were HARD and not comfortable. The Master bedroom was suppose to have a KING size bed. All the beds were doubles no Queen or King size.. The CABLE was out the entire time. Calls to office for assistance went unanswered. POOR POOR POOR house. We travel to Disney often and would have booked our next trip in December but this house was AWFUL save your money. Check another company this one. VERY BAD.

"What an excellent experience! We were 15 minutes from Disney Parks, had a private pool & jacuzzi. All the amenities of home. Will rent from American Vacation Homes again - GREAT!!!"

"Nicely furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Private pool was fun, but could have been warmer..only mid 60s. Drive to Disney and other parks takes awhile because of traffic (easy 30-60 minutes)! Have not received my $250 deposit yet, even though I did all laundry, dishes, garbage as requested. "

Everything was great! We felt as if we were at home. Everything we needed was there and I really like the gate at the entrance I think that was great.

this was our first time using one of the rental homes for our anniversary. which was a great idea. in the begin we had a little trouble finding the home but after we got there and walked inside it was so nice we couldn't beleive our eyes. it was such a wonderful house it was clean everything was there that we need all we had to do was buy grocery. the house was a four bedroom pool home with a garage with a washer and dryer. everthing was clean. the staff was very nice and pleasant we arrived late but the staff took care of us anyway they were closing they didn't rush to get us out they took there time and explained everything to us. we will try to keep this as a place to go for our future anniversaries.

"The house was disappointing. There were many stains on the carpet, there were many tiles broken in walk way, the furniture was worn out, there were cheap linens on the beds, there was missing glass on the coffee table, there was mold growing in the AC unit from water damage I am guessing from the unit freezing up ( there was a note not to turn the ac down due to it freezing up and if we did we would be charged $125) If you visit the website you will see that a four bedroom exectutive house is very nice 5 star according to them. The pictures are beautiful!!! Not this house. "

"The house we rented, although at least 30 minutes from Disney, was very comfortable. Lots of room for my wife, myself, our baby and my inlaws. Not sure if I would do it again though. The daily drive was a bit much, especially after a long day in the parks. Thought we would be much closer to the parks. Also, it took extra time to get our 250.00 deposit back. "

The company attempted to put us in another home without a hot tub in which we had requested two months in advance. The pool heat worked only half the time. The house was not that clean and was in a bad neighborhood far away from Disney in which we were promised to be near.

This was the first time we rented a house when we visited Disney. The cost of 2 hotel rooms or a family suite was more than what rental of a house would have been. We rented an executive house. The kids enjoyed the pool and having their own rooms with their own TV!!It was nice to have our own spaces to go to if needed. I have already recommended this to others that visit Orlando frequently.

"Renting a house is so much better than a hotel room. There were 5 of us and it gave everyone their own space. This house was only 10 minutes from Disney with easy access. Everyting was spotless clean, including the pool. A must do!"

"The rental home is very nice and sufficiently clean; however, there were not enough wash cloths and towels and there were few ants in the kitchen. For the price of the rental, it was extremely decent. There are certain items that need attention and it did not seem as though AVH was concerned about their repairs. A representative from the company should show you to your home and review with you to ensure that any deficiencies are documented. Right now, I am not sure if I will be held liable for those deficiencies that I found."

"The house was very nice, however the pool did not have jacuzzi like picture & very close and open to neighbors. The beds were horrible. Like sleeping only on box springs.The family room furniture was worn down also. Very close to all parks. Check in ok after finally finding location."

"We rented a vacation home near Orlando. The price was great, and the location was wonderful--easy access to the parks. Rooms were big, airy, and comfortable, with high ceilings. Full Kitchen. Very nice!"

We had a great time at the home. It was larger than we expected (4 huge bedrooms). The kids loved the pool. We stayed in Mission Park (a gated community off of 27). It was close to Orlando and not far from Tampa.

"I would say our hotel was awsome for the price we paid. The only thing I would have to say negative was the floors. They could have been a little cleaner . But it was nothing that a broom and mop couldn't fix. The location of this place was perfect for what we wanted (Disney, Sea World, Cocoa Beach) We were pleased with everything besides the floors. We are a family of six that would never be able to experience Disney, etc. without the rates we got at this place."

The vacation home really exceeded my expectations. It was really clean. I felt as if I lived in neighborhood. The pool was great. My daughter even had her own bedroom! It was really nice.

"Once we were able to locate the office and getting the map to the house, it was the most awesome house ever imagined. We were able to get a four bedroom-three bath house. At first I couldn't believe how the rates could compare to the layout of the house. It was unbelievable. Well worth it. I was there for a conference, so I will definitely pick this vacation homes again we I bring my family to visit Disneyworld."
