Date of Stay: November, 2008

The hotel pool was broken, the guy at checkin stated the kids could use the hot tub - he would turn the heat down. We went down to use it within 1 hour after check in and he said oh its all closed at 6 p.m. at night. The kids tried to use the video and the games at their money. The clerk was more interested in playing on his lap top than helping us. We asked for more blankets and pillows - after 4 hours of waiting my husband went and raised a little bit of stink. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was good for whatI needed. No hot water, ants in room, dirty, broken coffee pot, cold pool, dirty pool, broken hot tub. The hotel was dirty, and smelled of smoke and mildew. Although the cleaning staff was very nice, that is the best part. The pool had was dirty and cold. Hot tub broken and all the vending machines and games stayed turned off till weekends. We became over run with ants when it rained and there was only hot water 2 times with in a 7 day stay. I will not stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff was very attentive to my family's needs. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great swimming pool. Tear carpetsand room. We were pleased with this facility, management, pool and staff. There had been excessive rain just before we arrived so there was an abundance of mosquitoes. The continental breakfast was minimal but doable. The neighborhood was somewhat old but ok. We would go back.

The service was good, the room was nice, but it took us forever to find it because the hotel called itself something different on the site than it was. It took us a while to find the place because we were looking for a hotel that didnt exist."
