There isn't enough time or words to explain that motel. The tub & stool was dirty when we got to the room and the drain in thge tub wouldn't hold water. There was less then a 1/4 of roll of TP and no extra roll in the room. I asked them to put some in the room when we left and they didn't do it. The sheets I don't think were change from the last people that stayed there; they were gray in color and had a dirty smell to them. The outlet by the bed didn't work so we couldn't use the clock and the lamp at the same time. My husband had a bug bite on his ankle when he got up in the morning. The continental breakfast was horable. I think you have the picture as to why we didn't stay there the other 2 nights. And to think we had to pay for the night we did stay!!

The owner manager came down personally and gave us our only remote for the TV Dirty, poor upkeep, fan in bath did not work. So dirty I slept in my clothes. Drove up and windows in rooms were open, no screens. Outside was poorly presented, not landscaped, run down looking. Folding table in lobby for internet computer. Poor banquet tables and chairs in lobby for continental breakfast. Staff was poorly dressed and not good representation or very inviting. Got in room, shower steady leaking, tile around cold water faucet missing and can see into wall, fan in bathroom hummed and didn't work. Door to bathroom was so close to stool one almost had to stand in tub to open the door. Door frame to room was loose so couldn't shut door till you physically pushed it over. TV, with sound on the speaker was blown and had a bell ringing sound in speaker. No remote till owner brought one down after me having to go to desk to get one. Frame work around window coming off, can tell there was water damage either from window being left open and/or leaking. The sink was right inside the door and separate from the stool and tub. Laminate coming off, hardly any towels.

Convenience, low prices. Could have been cleaner, more choice with continental breakfast. Service was ok, could have been a little cleaner, continental breakfast could have had more selection, location was very convenient for what we were there for.

The front desk help was friendly... HAD NO HOUSECLEANING STAFF on the days we were there, had to make own beds, and when we asked why, they said"guess SHE didn't want to come to work" We paid top dollar for the room and feel like we didn't get our moneys worth. The travel agency really should check into this place. We would never stay there again nor recommend to anyone else.

Staff was helpful in getting non smoking rooms. Dirty, help smoking right outside of lobby door, had friends there. Staff stood outside lobby and smoked. The rooms were old, and dirty, blanket on bed had stains. Not a good location because of noise level, traffic noise. They did have wireless there and the breakfast was plentiful and had a good assortment!

The company we work for travel from city to city and sells cleaning stuff. We stayed at this hotel for too weeks. We had a good experience. The people that work at the hotel are nice and friendly. We will be back when we come back to Sious Falls.

Staff was friendly for what they had to offer. Under qualified staff. Hotel reeked of mildew and mold. Upon arrival they didn't have correct room types. Wanted to split us up into three singles. Bad idea as we were traveling with children under the age of five. Also, breakfast would have been better not offered. Inept offerings from rooms to food at breakfast. Hotel smelled of moisture and was not clean.

Nothing. Dirty, smelled bad, seemed unsafe and unkempt. Upon pulling up to our hotel for the night, we knew we were in for trouble. There were weeds all over the outside and screens pulled out of the windows and left leaning against the building; it just looked generally uncared for. The room itself was very outdated. This would not have been an issue if it was clean. I refused to sleep under the covers. When we woke in the morning, we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Upon further inspection, our lamp shade had a huge stain on it, the alarm clock wasn't even plugged into the wall (and couldn't be if we tried) the TV remote and at least one spot on the wall and a slimy sticky substance on it. When we pulled the sheets back (to verify that we made the right decision not sleeping under them) there was actual dirt on the sheets. The shower wasn't horrible, if you don't mind standing water as you shower. The lobby was disgusting in the morning. They offer breakfast. The coffee was not brewing and tasted awful, the waffle maker was caked in cooked on batter and the counters were greasy and dirty. As I got close enough to see all of the filth, I actually slipped on a greasy spot on the floor. No one outside of our group seemed to notice anything a miss however. I would under no circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone! Absolutely disgusting!
