The AmericInn Sayre has very nice rooms, with plenty of aminities. However, we got there at 4:30, they said no check in before 3:00. We were in town to visit with family. We had stayed there last Christmas, and were very pleased with the stay. This time I can't say the same. My wife was told the next morning that the Continental Breakfast was over, since it was close to 11:00am. She just wanted some dry cereal, not a big breakfast.

Location- easy to find. Pool and hot tub were broken but we were not advised of this - free breakfast below normal. A decent hotel for the price, however they are not used to travelers that want the easy no mess checkout.

Arrived at 5pm, check in time was 3pm, was told room not ready. Key did not work in first room, had to wait an hour for another room. Sound of running water (probably leaky toilet) could be heard coming from the room above all night long. Breakfast on weekends was advertised as 7-10am. By 8:45am, almost all food was gone.Staff was nice enough, but hotel did not live up to its AAA rating.

Fantastic ambiance, good breakfast, clean-functional room, friendly-helpful staff. Poor reception for verizon computer connection. Fine place to stay. Helpful staff, clean room, great lobby.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. This hotel was so much better than any other in the area.It was clean and quiet.The continental breakfast was wonderful with a good selection.The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at the hotel before on previous trips across country. The staff very friendly and the room spotless. Conveniently located to I-40 but no noise from the highway.
