The hotel was very reasonably priced, quiet and had a great decor. The pool and hot tub were both first rate and open late. It is not far from the beach and located just off of a main drag so there is no shortage of things to do. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were also pleasently surprised by the breakfast - it was quite good. We absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the ease of getting to local attractions. Noise from a bunch of kids.

We liked the indoor pool & hot tub, but they need to be cleaned and updated. The pool bottom is starting to come apart. The bed was comfortable, and our in room hot tub was terrific. The place is pet friendly, but we did not hear them barking. The breakfast was good, I liked the waffles. My kids slept on the pull out bed. Overall fun but not high end.

Great location, friendly staff, good continental breakfast that included fresh made waffles! My dog loved it as well!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely return and recommend to a friend. The view was terrible, but it did not matter. Very friendly staff and seemed to enjoy children. The location was excellent for what we wanted. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I have already told other family members.

Nice hotel for one night at beach. Clerk suggested the 2nd floor rooms, less used but the motel is in good shape, appears new. No elevators. They do allow pets if that's a problem for you. We were not bothered by any barking. Bathroom was a little small. The bathroom door was crowded with the sink area. Free breakfast was adequate, could have a little more variety but the fresh waffle iron worked well. Breakfast offered muffins, toast, limited donuts, hard boiled eggs, juices, cereal, and the waffles. I might stay there again.

The Americinn seems to know what travelers are looking for. The rooms were clean and spacious. The mattresses were pleasantly comfortable and seemed to be of a high quality. The continental breakfast had a vast variety of food options and was clean and serviced constantly. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Dogs were accepted with open arms and a doggie day care was close by. There is an indoor pool and several ocean beaches are within a few miles. Many eating establishments and shopping areas are within walking distance. I had a very pleasant stay.

The AmericInn at Rehoboth Beach, DE is a very family-friendly property, very comfortable with nice size rooms, wireless internet, etc. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast included make-your-own waffles which was a real treat! But I especially appreciated the quiet rooms: seems they pride themselves on the construction of their buildings, the soundproofing that goes into them and it's really noticeable. Unlike most motels, even hotels, I didn't hear a peep from either of the adjoining rooms, or people going out or in. Mattresses also provided a real good night's sleep. I'd recommend it.

I looked around Rehoboth Beach for motels and most cost so much since July is their high season. We were so lucky to find a motel at a price we could afford to stay in. The Americinn had all of the amenties that a pricier motel usually provides like a refrigerator, a micro wave, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board and a coffee pot all in the room. The room was spacious and very clean. Everyone seemed very nice. We had a free paper everyday, a computer to use and free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. The breakfast was very nice as well. The next time we go to Rehobth Beach to visit we will certainly go back to the Americinn.
