The AmericInn Lodge and Suites is located at the base of the tram for the Glenwood Caverns. -- Directions -- From I-70 take Exit 116. Turn left on Highway 6 and 24 and go approximately a half mile. Turn left on Devereux Road and take an immediate right turn into the AmericInn and Glenwood Caverns entrance.

This was a great hotel to stay at if you are going to the adventer park because you can walk to the gondola from the hotel (it's in the same parking lot as the hotel) and are 9 year old loved all the rides. The only thing bad about the hotel is that it is a little far from the hot springs. Overall it's was a great place to stay.

First hotel I saw shampooing the carpets, Pool was clean bathrooms were clean, I saw cleaning crew taking coffee pots off the counter and cleaning under everything.

This was a nice hotel, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was open until 11pm, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was upper end continental with healthy choices. We are picky about hotels, won't walk on floors barefoot, but this one was nice enough, I would stay again.

This brand new hotel (opened Dec. '07) is clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had more variety than most "continental" breakfasts, offering waffles and biscuits & gravy, as well as various toasts, muffins, cereal, doughnuts, etc. Our bed was more comfy than most hotel beds. If you have kids, they'll love the indoor pool, waterslide and all. The AmericInn is within walking distance of several restaurants, and only a few blocks from the Hot Springs Pool. It's right next door to the gondola that takes you up to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, which offers even more for family activities. You can certainly pay less for a place to sleep (or much more, for that matter), but if you like to have a little more than the bare minimum, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel is a perfect location for activities in Glenwood Springs, including being near Glenwood Caverns Park, Hotel Colorado, and the hot springs. Its breakfast was excellent and service is very friendly.

This is a new hotel next to the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and only 6 blocks for the Hot Springs Pool. The room was big and the pool was two thumbs up.

the hotel was very clean. The pool area is one of the nicest indoor pools I've sen. It wold be great for families with children. The breakfast is satisfactory. It is adjacent to the tram for the Caverns. The rooms are very quiet even though the highway is close.

An excellent hotel. We really felt at home here. Everything was so clean and lots to do. The grandkids loved the pool area. The breakfast room was fantastic also. I would definately stay here again and recommend to all!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area with the slide is a lot of fun for kids. It was nice to have the option of having a hot breakfast at the hotel. Every night when we came back from our activites, we were greeted by smiling faces and a plateful of hot chocolate chip cookies. This was a nice touch. We would definintely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Glenwood Springs area.

The facilities were great and the staff was friendly, when you could manage to find one. The first morning there was no food in the dining room as it had run out. Had to pull the desk clerk to re-stock the food. That night, no towels in the pool. Desk clerk said they were drying but no one ever saw them. The next morning, all five urns of coffee empty. Nice facility, but the hotel should schedule more than one person on duty.
