Comfortable, clean, spacious nadexceeded expectations. Great waffles for breakfast. Ccratchy bath towels. This hotel was a great choice for families traveling with kids. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. This place exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also has a wonderful breakfast the waffles are awesome.

The location was beautiful. We had a third floor suite and the lake was a great view. The staff was very accomodating. Great place to stay if you are up for some snowmobiling. We could park and drive right on to the trail.

The pool was clean and offered a kiddy pool for my younger child. The tub was not as clean and I like them to be. It's fine for a one star.

Great Stay - Desk clerk asked if we would be interested in an upgrade to Whirpool suite at no cost when we checked. It was very nice. Had a great view from the deck even though it was raining that night, super sunrise in the AM. Breakfast OK

Had relaxing atmosphere. Rule for the water slide, only one at a time on steps. Nice place only problem was there was no milk for breakfast and had many small children there.

This hotel and it's Manager should be rated a 0 stars. We went here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were put in a handicap room, with a handicap shower. I asked to be put in the suite that I paid for and the Manager asked me why I needed a noraml shower when I have the whirlpool. Then they switched me to a room with no fireplace. I would not accept this so the Manager thought she was doing me favor by upgrading for free, our room to the Grand Suite, which gave us a beautiful view of the parking lot and not Lake Superior. I was so mad we just left and did not even stay the night there. But, they still charged me for the night stay. I have been trying to have my concerns handled for nearly a month and there is still is not a resolution. The only response I received was a free night stay there in there suite with a free cheese and cracker basket and wine! All I want is my money refunded, not to be given the run around. If you should ever have a problem you will NEVER get it resolved.
