My son is blind and they went above and beyond to make his stay wonderful! The beds are a bit hard. This is a wonderful hotel and the price is god for all that you get close to shopping and restaurants also the pool and hot tub are a plus but the most of all the one on one the employees give to make our stay good was outstanding and you also get the hot breakfast with lots to choose from I would tell every one to go there when ever they are in Rodgers.

We traveled to Rogers to go shopping at Cabelas and Albertville Outlet Mall - we did a shop and stay package for Cabela's and the staff gave us the vouchers for the coupon book for the outlet mall when we mentioned we were doing both. The rooms were very clean and my wife and I loved the relaxing hot tub and pool. The lobby was beautiful, the manager had mentioned that it was remodeled about a year ago and the room we stayed in was remodeled last summer. our room had a nice fridge and microwave and wireless Internet so i was able to catch up on some emails on our mini vacation! Every staff member we came into contact with was very helpful! We have traveled to Rogers and have stayed at another hotel in the area and did not feel it was as clean as the Americinn. We will be back in a couple of months to do some more shopping!! thanks for the wonderful stay!

The breakfast variety was very good. Winter - you need a car to get anywhere. Clerks were very helpful. Room was clean, food was good.

This hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very professional and nice. The pool area is wonderful and they keep adding more items to their breakfast menu. Keep up the great job!!

Location Did not have the room reserved as a "no smoking" room then charged more for the change Not the swiftest help. Room was reserved as non- smoking and then they charged more to change us to a non-smoking room. The halls reek of smoke. The lobby was nice in a country style. Rooms were quite small.

Everyone was wonderful from the time we made our reservation to to check in to checkout! Staff is AWESOME!! Pool area is nice, they have added more items to their breakfast menu is more is on the way from what the staff was telling me! A+++ Stay - Thanks

Great selection for cont. Breakfast. Rooms dirty and I had conf. For non-smoking but did not get a non-smoking. This was a very special get a way for one of my twin 7 year old daughters to get away with just "mom" to herself to school shop, movie, swim, and mall of America. The room was awful. I did not want my daughter to be in a smoking room. She even made a comment about the smell. The front desk had nothing available for us to change rooms. Very upsetting to me.

Good location, good breakfast, good experience. We will use again. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but fine for one person.
