The AmericInn Norwich Griswold was what we were looking for. Close to the casinos, family and friends. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. I liked the fact that they had a computer for guests to use in the lobby. I had loose ends to tie up for my business and I don't have a laptop to take with me on vacation. So the benefit of a computer to log into was a bonus!

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. It is also a great alternative to staying on Foxwoods property, or when they are sold out (almost every weekend). We stayed in the 2 room king suite. It was spotless with microwave, fridge..large living room and bedroom. The free breakfast is fantastic. Lobby is beautiful... My husband and I would highly recommend this establishment and plan on staying there again. EXTREMELY quiet due to their special construction techniques. Our king bed was very comfortable. 20 mins to Foxwoods...or Moheghan Sun casinos great location.

Just looking for a nice place to stay for the night. Exactly what I was expecting. Friendly, clean, accessible.

The hotel was close to home for a nice getaway. Not business friendly. coffe pot was dirty/stained. The room was very romantic. Coffee pot was stained/dirty from prior use. No morning paper for that morning cup of coffee. The front desk needs some cheering up. No smiles to greet you when you arrive just business. Jacuzzi for the hotel was out of order. No room service for midnight snacks.

Beautiful lobby andvery restful area to read or talk to others. I did not like that they discouraged clean towels daily. When paying these prices I felt clean towels should be daily and the exercise room should have had some time of weights for men to use instead of just cardio. Otherwise the breakfast area was nice, many choices to choose from, and clean. The pool area was very nice. Rooms were nice; they just need some type of TV guide in the rooms since the area television system does not have a channel for TV selection of shows.

My fiance and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite for my birthday. An added feature to the room was the fireplace in the bedroom. We had also stayed previously with our infant daughter and forgot her portable crib. The staff was very eager to help us out by bringing to our room a complimentary one with crib sheets and blankets. I thought this was wonderful and very accomodating. Staff was very friendly and helpful for each of our stays.

Easy access to Foxwoods Casino and offered a free breakfast. I was really impressed with the lobby of the hotel; it had a real homey feel to it and was very clean. I also liked that it was a short distance to the casino.

The hotel was very clean and the personnel extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was also clean but would have benefitted from a hotel representative stopping in occasionally to check on behavior of guests. The breakfast provided was more than adequate and offered a nice variety of choices. I have three kids and all could find something satisfying.

Good location - close to both casinos. Also very clean and comfortable. Overall, very pleased with this hotel.
