Very quiet and a great location to visit downtown Jonesborough. Super clean and great beds.

Quiet location and walking distance to Jonesborough. Our experience during the stay was excellent. We're planning another trip to the area later this year and will definitely be making reservations at Americinn of Jonesborough again.

I have stayed in many AmericInns. Because of their construction they are the quietist hotels I have been in. I highly recomend them for a good night's sleep and adaquate breakfast. Some even serve hot cookies when checking in.

Continental breakfast. Room was dirty. The room we were booked for had not been cleaned when we arrived. There were used towels on the floor and the bed was not made. The hotel clerk was very friendly and checked us into a different room. That room was fine. It was average. Tidy and neat, but nothing special.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We have been here many times. We have family in Jonesborough. We have stayed other places until the Americ Inn opened and there is no comparsion. We will be going back this week. You could not find a better place to stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the maid service was excellent. The pool area needs more ventilation. Americinn is a great stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and professional.

the room was very clean and the the front desk staff was very accomodating. my flight was delayed and the staff allowed a late check-out of 4:00pm with out any hesitation.

Right on major highway. New hotel. Brand new hotel, nice lobby, friendly, helpful staff, indoor pool, workout room, quiet and nice mountain veiw.

Travel Nightmare. Incompetent Staff, Incompetent Manager, and this company is impossible to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We booked this hotel for a 10 days stay and only stayed 5. Tried to go over to the hotel manager's level to the corporate office, they tell you that it is a franchise and they have no control. Appararently nobody there does...

Very large room, great ammenities, cleanest place I have been to. Some what out of the way and hidden. Hotel is small and a little out of the way for interstate traveler, yet well worth the extra miles. It's a smaller place yet maintained excellently, I would say the cleanest place I have stayed. The room was very economical but spacious and great amenities for the price. My second stay here and second great experience. Employees I met were all friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally clean, great service, friendly staff, huge continental breakfast, awesome hot tub and indoor pool. Will definitely stay there again and recommend highly.
