Excellent location, quiet & comfortable room.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. When you turned the bathroom faucet on the water continued out of the sink onto you and the floor. The atmosphere is very nice. The breakfast was a little more than continental and was presented well. The room was comfortable. Some of the fixtures (closet door and drawers) were old but kept well. You usually had to ring the bell for service at the front desk but they came immediately. The suggestion I have for them is instead of 4 men on one shift and 1 woman on the other, they should spread the staffing out to at least have a second person on the shift with the female.

This hotel has the worst staff. there's nothing wrong with being somewhat casual but when you walk in the they're popping gum and saying yeah and nah, tha's shows complete umprofessionalism. The bed was hard and somewhat lumpy, the bathroom could've been cleaner and there was a musty smell, which is understandable if it's been closed up for a few days but it was the straw that broke the camels back. I would never recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay there again. Next time if I can't find a hotel, I'll sleep in my rental car.

the first time was very good, but in the last days, our romm wasn't made up, the towels weren't changed, no refill of toiletpaper, no cleaning of the room or bathroom and so on

The staff was uncaring and rude, the manager was never available to discuss concerns or return my call. The room had a terrible odor of mildew and there room had trash in and the bathroom floor was dirty. I asked to be moved and the front desk could not move my room. The rate was overpriced for the type of motel this is.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it the hotel was close to food/shops. I didn't have anything that I disliked. The hotel is advertised as Delaware's newest hotel. It was very clean and appeared new. The staff was very friendly and as I said above, the hotel is located very close to fast food & restaurants. I was very pleased with my stay. This was a good value for the price I paid ($119 per night).
