We were excited to jump in the hot tub, but when we walked in the chemicals were so strong our eyes watered. I asked the front desk and she said she didn't know how to check the pool. The breakfast was also poor and scanty by the time we got there. The room was clean but small for our family.

Great location with friendly staff. No bar or dining facility other than breakfast. Very clean hotel with nice pool and spacious rooms.

Great staff, very helpful. Great breakfast! Not enough variety of bedding i.e.: sheets and blankets to cover with. Fabulous staff and breakfast. But did not realize this hotel had no restaurant/bar, as we would have enjoyed that. Room clean and smelled fresher than any hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no musty or dusty odors at all. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby and great internet. Quiet and family friendly!

The room smelled wonderful when we arrived. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was not very well stocked, but we did get what we wanted. It was yummy. There was a wide variety of restaurants and a few shops within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The bed was cozy, down comforter to snuggle in. Very firm mattress. Room was clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. Staff was accommodating. Next time we go to Madison we will stay here again!

Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Snowy day - needed snow cleared more often Very nice pool. Impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the lobby. Comfortable seating, TV, very nice place to relax outside of the room. Very nice rooms with free high-speed internet (wireless) also a desktop computer available in lobby.

The accomodations for the price we paid for one evening were excellent. We really approved of everything The room was great. We had continental breakfast in morning. We just had excellent accomodations overall. The desk in our room recently had been glued and still had clamps on it, but was not a big deal. We were there for one night.

A hotel that goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant! I can find no fault with this hotel. Staff was warm and friendly, especially the managers. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. We asked for and received a room to accommodate our family (especially space for our portable crib). We needed an extra night light and blanket for our two-year-old, and the manager even offered to bring it to our room! The breakfast was nice; there was a good variety, including several choices of fruit and the hot items made us feel at home. We would surely recommend this hotel to everyone.

People forgot toothbrushes, shaving cream, razors, and they were all complimentary For the price there was nothing wrong, it was a nice hotel, hampton inns are great The complimentary breakfast was very nice and the employees were great as well. I would definitely stay there again.
