We checked in late on a Monday night and were upgraded to a King bed room with a jacuzzi, which was great for my tired back. The continental breakfast was good, the room was great, and the staff was friendly.

The Berry Manor Inn is hands-down the best B&B we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, beautiful, immaculately kept and has many ammenities such as beautiful sheets, lovely decotrating and fireplaces.Guests have complete inn access including a kitchen with a stocked fridge and HOMEMADE PIES, many comfortable common areas and wireless internet access. At 7AM coffee, tea and juice was available in the 2nd floor library (VERY convenient) and the breakfasts were delicious and enjoyable. Alternating between savory and sweet each day they were our favorite part of the day. The service and attention was personal without being stuffy or strained - we never laughed so much! What really put Berry Manor Inn over the top were the owners Cheryl and Mike (and the Moms!). Cheryl and Mike are independant business people of the best kind. They truly believe and live the tenet "Customers first." They are warm and welcoming and friendly and personal - and have great senses of humor. They are the embodiment of the difference between independantly owned establishments and chains - chains can't pay anyone enough to care like Cheyl and Mike do. They made us feel at home in their home. Staying at the Berry Manor Inn is like staying with friends - it may sound cliche, but it is true. We can't wait to return.-Clarisse and Dan

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location is great with many dining options close by. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definetely recommend this hotel to others.

I was most concerned about the comfort of the bed. I was in a spacious room, en suite bath, (with a whirlpool tub) at the back of the house. It was quiet, comfortable, and very pleasant. The house was quiet, (no noise through the walls). Homemade pie was also available, along with cold drinks, snacks, etc. in the kitchen at any hour of the day/night. There was a large breakfast, involving coffee cake, fruit cup, pancakes. Very nice owners, workers. A relaxed, pleasant B&B. Recently featured on the food channel when Bobby Flay challenged the Rockland "Pie Ladies" at the Berry Manor Inn, in a pie cook off.

AmericInn Lincoln South is a beautiful, modern, new, luxurious hotel. The building exterior and interior are inviting and functional. The staff is courtious and helpful. Our room, with a king bed, frig and microwave, was clean and quiet and comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bedding was of a MUCH higher quality than most hotels. I didn't even have to use my own pillow. We had been worried about the noise level when we checked in, because at least 50 high school age students were in the pool, lobby, hallways, etc. We expressed our concern to the desk clerk, and she assured us that the rooms are sound proof, and that we wouldn't hear the excited people at the hotel who were in Lincoln for the State Boys Basketball tournament. She was RIGHT! The breakfast also went way beyond the usual continential fare. We certainly will be repeat customers at this facility.

the only thing I would comment waswhen my husband had his breakfast,he was asked where I was. He toldthe manager that I would not be coming for breakfast but would like to have some fruits to go. My husband saw the manager roll her eyeballs. He did know how to make of that!!! The wireless connection was, of course, not available in the apartment style room we had.And for those who use Mac, forget it! Bathroom was not as spic and span. It is an okay place.
