Guest must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancel penalty of one nights lodging. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival guest will receive refund on advance deposit minus a A $10.00 USD non-refundable service fee. If reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival credit card will be charged immediately.
