The staff. This is an older hotel but very clean, the staff is very friendly, and helpful.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Also, the continental breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. I had problems with my room key not working, but the staff was quick to fix it. Also, I missed having fresh fruit for breakfast, but it was good anyway. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff all were very friendly and helpful. My mom and I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help - best I have seen! The pool was filled with teenagers throwing stuff around, the thermostat was broken in our room. The first time I walked in the lobby seemed very cozy and clean. The receptionist was very helpful assisting my father-in-law and I's every whim. We had adjoining rooms for our kids to run back and forth between rooms. It just happened to be really nice so we had to have the window open most of the time due to the thermostat being broken. The tub drain looked a little worn, but that was the only thing we didn't like about the room. My 6 yr old wanted to swim, but when we went down there teenagers were throwing wet towels around and eating/drinking when the rules were clearly stated that they shouldn't be. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Location was convenient. Having never stayed in an Americinn; its soundproof construction, I was curious to see just how true it was. Well, it is not all it is cracked up to be. I could easily hear a TV going in the room next door and voices in the other room. But the gap under the room door let in much more noise, so it really is kind of a joke about noise.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The place was very friendly, easy to find and the place was very clean.
