Hotel was fine. Pretty basic. Short Drive to Alpine Valley.

Cleanliness. Very nice facility great pool and hot tub.

Front desk staff very helpful and efficient. Hotel was very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and the TV was too small for the room.

It was pet friendly. It was quiet. It had a microwave in the lobby for making popcorn. NA. The landscaping was very nice. The entrances were freshly painted. I felt safe there. There was ample parking.

Clean and convenient to the location we needed. The only problem was with breakfast on the first day, someone ruined the waffle iron and I had my heart set on waffles for breakfast. The hotel is very accommodating. The staff was as friendly as could be. Always trying to help the customer.

Pool, clean, free breakfast. Hotel staff disinterested in serving guests. The hotel was clean, had good amenities for the price, was conveniently located as far as access from the interstate, nice pool, and very nice free breakfast. There was not allotting of shopping or places to eat in direct access of the hotel. Also the hotel staff was disinterested in serving the guests, every time we went to the front desk we had to wait several minutes for the employee who was always in the office directly attached to the front desk using the computer, i.e. Playing solitaire or on the internet. The cable TV in the room did not worked and when I called for help the person at the front desk offered two lame possibilities but if I were not able to fix the problem myself I would have been without TV. The person stated "she was not able to fix electronics". Overall the hotel itself was nice; service by the staff was terrible.

It's over all location. Nothing bad about this hotel. Very pleased with my stay. Everything met my expectations and employees were very helpful and friendly.
