It was a really great hotel. The gaming rooms were clean and attractive. The hotel room was wonderful, large, attractive and spotless. The restaurant, (The Brown Rock??), had the best pizza I've ever eaten. And the price? I've paid more for frozen pizza! The only draw back was the location. It was at the very far end of town. Parking downtown was very sparse so it was much easier to walk to the shops and entertainment... if you didn't mind a long walk. There were sidewalks all the way, but it rained while we were there so it was a bit wet walking. The continental breakfast? Tiny donuts & coffee with no place to sit. But the restaurant had a nice buffet breakfast at a moderate price.

Everything except the pool facilities. Hot tub out of order and pool to cold. Except for the pool, everything was great.

It seemed like the Hotel was just there because they had to have it, to have the casino, front desk was usually empty. There is a pet fee of $25 a day that was not in any of the info, and there is no continental breakfast and no room service. We had a suite, it was nice and large, great view, lots of towels and pillows, but carpet was stained. Nice and quiet but a little far from the center of Deadwood. Maybe I was expecting too much but I think there is room for improvements to make it a great hotel.

The rooms are very nice. Hot tub out of service These rooms are very nicely decorated & spacious. The views are nice if you are on the front side of the hotel. The hot tub was out of service both days we were there...very disappointed since we were looking forward to using it after a long drive. The casino has quite a few slots but only a couple of card tables. It is a friendly place to stay.

We had a beautiful room but the front desk clerk was very rude! Parking was a problem, we were told to park a block away and drag our luggage.

Casino, while small was fun. Casino staff was very friendly. Not in the historical area. I would stay again. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and well appointed. Casino, while small was fun and workers were friendly.

Altho the hotel is not located right downtown, one can walk or take a bus to other casinos. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The casino was fun and the slots paid off enough to give us a good time for our gambling budget. Bar and restaurant was good

I like how big the rooms where, and location of hotel. Wish there would have been a free continental breakfast. The hotel was great. Really clean, rooms where really big, and way better then what was expected. The hotel restaurant was okay, service was poor, and food was nothing special.

Beautiful, smoking room did not smell, staff accommodating for hotel, casino. Bar tenders, cocktail waitresses not very efficient; pool very small. We liked the hotel very much; it was within comfortable walking distance to downtown and driving distance to Spearfish, where we had business. The appointments were nice. The only complaint was listed above, plus a noisy delivery truck woke us up at about 5:00 a.m. one morning, clanging and banging in the parking lot below our room.

Surrounding country was interesting. There was nothing I didn't like except the drive down the mountain on a dark, cold and foggy morning. Very surprising in it's quality. Was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was excellent. We came in late so we were seeing minimum staffing - did not have any complaints. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Very nice. We did not like the breakfast set up and breakfast. It's a beautiful hotel and location is very good. Heard a lot about Americinnand would stay at them again.

The bartender in the morning was very friendly! She is excellent at customer service. Missing the trolley and having to walk in the cold weather all the way down town. My husband and I will probably stay in this hotel every year when we go to Deadwood. It is comfortable, convenient, has a nice clean pool area and a great exercise area.

Clean and the staff was friendly. Nothing. The is a very clean hotel. We had a king size suite that accommodated the four of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can even bring your dog! The hotel is not in downtown Deadwood, however, you can get a trolley in front of the building for a nominal fee. We didn't mind walking. The hotel has a plenty of parking. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area.

Nothing.! Service tried to over charge when had to argue with staff. Very poor service. Staff was poorly trained. Also, room was not cleaned and had to argue with front desk to get towels brought up. Hotel Manager was not very good! Did not apologize for bad service and hotel manager never offered a free drink or anything being a hotel. When arrived no amenity were available like chocolates etc. When asked they told us it was only for suites.

Beautiful room, clean spacious, friendly loved casino. Kind of pricey. We enjoyed our stay and room. Deadwood is always a must stop when in SD. The room was way above others we stayed at in the Black Hills. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. most food was not refilled and was in too crowded serving area. Loved the trolley rides, so convenient and safe.

The size of the room was good, the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful! The pool was smaller. The hotel lived up to my expectations. I would stay there again with out hesitation.

The room was spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was very limited - coffee and mini muffins. The hotel at Cadillac Jack's Casino was conveniently located in Deadwood, SD. The casino was small but had a good selection of slot machines and gaming tables. Free complimentary soda's, tea, coffee, spiced cider, and hot chocolate were available. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was overpriced for Deadwood and the free continental breakfast was very limited, just coffee and mini muffins.
