Very good staff. Very accommodating. No dislikes. Clean, efficient, accommodating, friendly. Everything a person likes to find when traveling.

I just stayed there last night and i was completly disapointed. The bed was like sleeping on springs with a blanket over them. My back is killing me today. The whirlpool in my room had pubic hair in it. The curtains had little holes in them. It was not worth the money at all. I had reservations to stay again today, yeah no thanks i left.

After sleeping in one of the queen size beds I pulled the bedspread back and found OLD BLOOD on the bedspread!! At 8 am housekeeping was knocking on the door!! I asked for a manager and was told they dont come in until noon! I do not recommend this hotel. Sure it looks pleasant when you arrive, fake flowers and decorations, but having dried blood on your blanket is absolutely a reason to never spend any money, or put your kids in any of their beds!!

The hotel was fine. Very similar to other hotels from that chain. It took 50 minutes to check out. Billing problems, computer and printer didn't work. The hotel was fine, the people were friendly, but due to computer and printer problems and confusion with the billing, it took us 50 minutes to check out and we were late to see a speaker we had driven 250 miles to see.

I forgot to add one more thing to my review, the ice from the ice machines, had dirt in it. i even went to both floors. But it sounds like everyone else had an ok stay.

The room was clean - a little musty smelling but o.k. - the breakfast was good - offered popcorn and cookies in the p.m. The kids had fun swimming in the pool.

Very nice and clean, very helpful staff when we needed blankets and pillows. Very comfortable bed. Overall a very lovely stay.

Loved the popcorn wagon. Can't think of anything didn't like. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pillows. It was really quiet and seemed soundproof. The temperature of the pool was just right. The whirlpool with the jets in the floor was ideal.

Easy highway access. Clean quiet room. Front desk staff helpful. Nice pool and hot tub but couldn't figure out sauna. Good breakfast. Only one computer in lobby.

The pass key did not work a couple of times so a trip to the front desk was necessary to get it recalibrated. Very quiet considering its location so close to a interstate.

This hotel was clean, the free breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to get to! My husband enjoyed the free wireless internet in the rooms. My son loved the pool. The only thing I would recommend is a channel such as Nick, Jr. for children--the Cartoon Network has a lot of not-so-nice cartoons.

Very quiet, polite staff, central location. However, the lobby steps and hallway above lobby were not vacuumed from Monday p.m. to Wednesday a.m., window overlooking the pool area was absolutely filthy the whole time, pool area needed to be cleaned better, and the whirlpool had debris floating in it. Our room and the other areas we visited were clean, so the attention to detail may have been lacking. For being so close to the highway, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

Updated, clean, comfortable. The popcorn machine didn't work. This was a great hotel! The rooms were clean and nice. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace going on a cold night in January in Minnesota! Would stay here again. It was easily accessible from the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants.
