Didn't like the location. It's not as close to the subway as i thought. The guy at the reception wasn't very nice. Just stayed for a single night. I payed the night when i arrived and the guy didn't even wanted to give me a receipt for the payment! The room wasn't so bad. Sufficiently clean with a shower stall included. I bit degraded.

this is horrible hotel, i would never like to stay anymore, the recepnist i met is an old man over 70 years old, he can not see anything, when he see your letter, the paper almost touch his eye. he can not speak english as well. the location is not bad, but actually the hotel is rent by them for several simple small rooms, the terrible thing is that i have to carry my heavy luggage by myself to the 3rd fooler, there is no lift, the fooler is very narrow, the rooms are all in the 3rd fooler, you can find all the facilites got rust, very dirty, you can hear all clearly your neigbours conversation. it's worthing euro10 only.

Ear plugs necessary! Credit card not working. KILLER MATTRESS. I had to put a blanket UNDER my back. Ok for the price, surroundings and kindness of welcoming.

Hotel for one-two night stay only, just for sleeping, not for living. Not so far from central station, near Metro Lima. The owner is very nice guy. He helped me some times.

Terrible hotel!! It is not clean at all, and the night I stayed I found lots of little black gross bugs in the bed. The room is waaay to small, dirty and I would not recommend it to anyone! It is far away from the center of milan and the price is too expensive for the terrible place. The receptionist does not help you at all and is rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! There are muuuch better cheap hotels in Italy!

The hotel is in a quiet backyard and was very easy to reach down the street from the subway station Lima. The small rooms and corridor have floor tiles, so the hotel ambience looks tidy and clean and is OK for a few nights after sightseeing in the centre.

I only stayed for a couple of nights. It was basic and fair value for money. The only real problem was that it was noisy. The room I had was next to a garage (I think). As that started work at 730am it wasn't quiet. My neighbours also seemed incapable of closing doors quietly, having the TV's on quietly. You get the picture. However, others I hope may not have that problem.

hôtel plutôt miteux, sans ascenseur (avec des bagages c'est sympa),propreté douteuse, déco et mobilier laid et plus qu'usé, peronnel également.

Not a bad choice if you are just looking for a place to sleep for a night. A fairly long walk from the station. Location off the main street in a courtyard. Room was basic with sink. Fan provided helped since temperature was over 80. Toilet on hall. Biggest negative was the shower did not work at all.

Staff was very helpful, very nice. Room was clean but very small. No private toilet but public toilet was clean. For the price, it was adequate. I would recommend to single traveler on a low budget.

Very nice room! Quiet, spacious and very clean! Especially the build-in bath-room in the single room is very convenient! Next time if I have chance, I still would like to stay there.

Do not be an idiot, dont stay here!! You will regret it, easily the worst hotel in Milan!!! If you like small dirty, mouldy rooms with roaches and god knows what other bugs!!! The photos show a nice hotel, not sure where it is though!! As nike say "Just (Dont) do it!!"

I needed a cheap quiet clean bed near the station so I could catch an early flight. Ambrosiana fitted the bill perfectly. It is in a courtyard off the street therefore is extremely quiet. Staff were not overtly friendly, but answered all questions and were efficient. No breakfast but just up the road from several bakeries and a great yoghurt shake shop - perfect!

This was perfectly adequate for my cheap 1-night stay before travelling on, and isn't too far from the main station. As it's tucked round the back of a courtyard, it wasn't that easy to find when I arrived in the dark, but that's only a minor quibble.

Our room was actually better than what I saw on the pictures before reserving it. I assume that some rooms are modernized, or the hotel just didn't update the pictures. Otherwise, the room was spacious, the bed was good, the bathroom was small, but okay. It's a budget hotel and you get somewhat a motel quality for it, only Italian style - in an old building with cathedral ceilings and the "real" life of Milan's residents just behind your window.

Hotel very clean and well located Some rooms have only a shower -- NO WC ---- Staff generally helpfull however === Experiance spoilt by the elderly gentleman who is disabled by being both partially deaf and partialliy blind resulting in a ten minute argument to obtain key to room when returning to the hotel one evening all said - good value well located clean hotel
