Approaching Galway take the 2nd exit from the oranbeg roundabout in the direction Galway. At the Carrowmoneash roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction Galway. At the Martin roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction Galway city west. At the Lynch roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction n59 Clifden. At the Morris roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction n59 Clifden. At the Font roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction n59 Clifden. At the Kirwin roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction city center. At the Bodkin roundabout take the 4th exit in the direction n59 Clifden. At the Browne roundabout take the 3rd exit in the direction Salthill. At the Deane roundabout take the 1st exit into cuan glas,take a right turn straight away and amber hill is 200 meters on the left side.

So Clean~very basic but all that is needed for a one night stay~ be it business or leisure.I had the room ground floor next to the front door~ but, despite my fears, there was no noise at all from other residents~ they obviously take note of the poster!!!Staff pleasant,informative,polite~ what more can you ask!!!

amber hilltold incorrect information regarding payment of bill .booked with laterooms but was told by above could not pay cash but laterooms had already taken payment by credit card so gave me my cash back .this was incorrect.people need to be aware when viviting above

Great place to stay - easy to find, handy for Galway and surrounding area, free parking right outside the front door. Bed very comfortable indeed and great choice for breakfast.

The accomodation is really easy to find, and only a short distance from the city and salthill, yet it is in a quiet area. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of foods. The host personally ensured that each guest had enough to eat and were happy. Rooms were clean and had all extras (iron, kettle, TV ect). Also, access to the internet was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to both young and old holiday makers.

The B&B was easy enought to find, was very easy to book and exceeded my best expectations. I stay in hotels for work related trips and would rate this as a super facility and exceptional value for money. I have already booked it for my next trip in two weeks time. A taxi is required for trips into and out of the city centre. Top class, clean establishment.

Enjoyed the syat and the rooms were very clean, however we arrived very late and had to wait outside ringing the doorbell for a while. I would suggest that if you are going to arrive late let them know as you may not get in!otherwise a nice B&B

We really enjoyed our stay at AmberHill and found the staff to be helpful and friendly.It was nice and quiet at night which is important to us as our children were competing in a swim gala next morning and needed a good nights sleep.We also liked the buffet breakfast and thought the selection of food was good.

The breakfast was excellent and we were made welcome. However the sound insulation in the property is very poor and we didn't sleep a wink due to the noise made by other guests. The cups weren't washed after we used them on the first day. Only one pillow each.

Au départ nous devions dormir dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, puis au final à cause d'un problème d'eau, ils nous ont dirigé vers le B&B Amber Hill. Un peu déçu, mais le B&B était bien quand même. je recommande.
