Guest rooms are furnished in a simple, yet elegant style with chic ensuite bathrooms, king/queen-size beds, private entrances, verandahs, flat panel TV and DVD combination with surround sound.

Amber Gardens provides our guests with a complimentary continental range of breakfast options unless Room Only is selected. A range of full cooked breakfast options using free range eggs from our own chickens and quality locally sourced ingredients is available for a small additional charge and a days notice.

Amber Gardens Guesthouse operates as a luxury hinterland retreat yet only 5 minutes drive from the bustle of Byron Bay and its gorgeous beaches. The guesthouse is set in an acre of secluded gardens with each room having verandahs overlooking the gardens or pool.

During certain times of year, the guesthouse is available as a holiday rental for groups or families requiring luxury accommodation such as all rooms en-suite, Plasma televisions, pool and spa, private gardens and a gourmet equiped kitchen which opens onto the beautiful open plan lounge, dining room and expansive verandahs.

One of the highlights of a stay at this luxury retreat are the sumptuous breakfasts served on the wide verandahs overlooking the manicured lawns, sub-tropical orchard and landscaped gardens where you may become so comfortable it becomes difficult to leave!

Driving Directions

From the South. (Ballina Airport):
Stay on the Pacific Highway until after the Bangalow exit then take the next Byron Bay exit and follow the directions below.
From the North. (Gold Coast Airport):
- From the Pacific Highway follow signs to Byron Bay.
- 1km from the Pacific Highway take the second road on the right, signposted McGettigans Lane and Fig Tree Restaurant.
- After 100m take the first road on the right onto Parkway Drive.
- After 1km take the second road on the right onto Plantation Drive.
- Our driveway is right hand side just at the ¿Road End¿ sign, please look out for our sign and flags over the driveway.
- Proceed inside for a warm welcome!!
