Location was great! Valet Parking was a plus! Staff. English friendly and very helpful for me. Provided a crib for my 1 1/2 year old to sleep at night. Parking was extra 40 Euro. Elevator was small. Hotel restaurant was too pricey for me to eat at. Overall, a very good experience. Location was perfect for my pregnant wife. Right next to all the shopping and a 30 minute walk at a slow pace to the Charles Bridge. Hotel restaurant was expensive and some staff did not speak English, but most were helpful. A great hotel for the price.

Very outdated Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff seem to be only after tips, whithout doing anything for it.

Have stayed in this hotel twice this year now an excellent choice in a superb location , found hotel staff to be very friendly and pleasent , nothing seemed to much of a problem.
