We wanted to have a look at a room and conference area. We were not shown this by the staff member on duty who was eating at the reception desk. We were merely sent to have a look at the facilities ourselves. We walked into the corridor which smelt like urine and the carpet was ripped and not secure to the floor. The lift was not working, the rooms were dated and dirty. I would definitely not stay here!

Is under new management who have kept the same affordable pricing structure and have upgraded the restaurant and the rooms a bit. New Management is very friendly and more approachable than it used ot be sometimes

This place was OK, but not great. The rooms are old and beat up. The facilities were not in good condition. The service was fine and otherwise was a decent place to stay, but expensive considering the quality of the room.

It was a pleasant and relaxing stay. The food was a little simple and some things went missing from the hotel room.

Great accomodation for a family. Central to supermarket and fast food outlets. Would definately use again.

Good location. Rooms a little worse for wear..... but if you just need a nights sleep then not at all bad (and quite quiet given a central city location)

No microwave in unit for heating food or making breakfast.

There was a lack of information about the motel and local amenities in the rooms - would have been nice to have a copy of the menu for the motel's restaurant, at least. The menu also wasn't posted outside the restaurant, and we had to go to reception to ask them to let us in to the restaurant. However, the food when we got in there was good (and good value for money).

I think this place is ideal if your only wanting a night or 2, it was suitable for us as we were only there for the night. it would be great if there was air conditioning, we had a very small fan in our room which we couldnt really feel, we wanted to leave the door open but the main road was like a dragway all night, loud car's & not 1 cop car was heard. was hard to sleep in the heat & with that noise, nut otherwise great budget accomodation for a 1 night stay.

We booked three rooms. They were all on the road side and it was exceptionally noisy - everyone had very disturbed sleep. Double glazing is required. The rooms were hot with the windows closed to reduce the noise and no air conditioning. Hand rails are needed for the showers over the bath. The shower heads were weak and spread wide so little water came through. With continental breakfast included in the room rate value for money was reasonable, but the breakfast was basic with few choices. No tissues; small towels. Won't go back nor recommend.

Near a busy intersection, but very handy to town.

We were not impressed with the service when we went to the restaurant for an evening meal. We walked out and went elsewhere. We had trouble finding some one to seat us in the dining room. When the waitress finally appeared she was disinterested.

OK place to stay. A bit tired, but good value for money

Very welcoming reception. The hotel is a little tired but clean enough. Very close to town centre. Breakfast is very basic and wouldn't warrant paying for if not complimentary.
