Location. Breakfast was horrible. Restroom in lobby was out of order. Toilet in the room was clogged when I checked in. Went to front desk to report it and was handed a plunger after I was told that it wasn't clogged when I checked in and asked what I had done. What?! I highly doubt the front desk clerk knew the status of each of the toilets.
