It was a place sleep. No guaranteed check-in time. We were aware of the 4:00 check in time so we arrived at the hotel after 4:00. There were no rooms ready and many people waiting to check in. The women at the desk couldn't tell us anything. All she said was that there is no guaranteed check in time. We had tickets to a baseball game so we had to leave. We arrived back at the hotel around 11:00 pm and checked in. It was very inconvenient after a road trip to not have a room to check in to. The lobby area was not welcoming and bare, the room was about the same. The sister hotel across the street seemed nicer.

"This hotel opened the weekend I was in Milwaukee for Marquette's Graduation. The hotel rooms have been completely renovated and for the price, the amenities and service exceed my typical experiences at a full service hotel. Outstanding Job!! I will definately be back."

We stayed here during Summerfest because they have a free shuttle and breakfast. The shuttle worked out great for dropping us off and pick up was good, although we had to wait for an hour and half because of how many people were waiting. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. Should've used the time to sleep in. Overall, a nice place for the money. Don't listen to the shuttle drivers when they suggest walking to Summerfest/bars because it's so close.......it's not THAT close! Wait for the shuttle.

The hotel was fine. It was nice that there were fridges and microwaves, I guess, but they only had two vending machines - one soda and one snack. Not a huge selection. Otherwise the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the shuttle was a great feature - dropped us SummerFest and picked us up when we called them. It was a fine weekend.

Pretty basic accommodations. Don't expect to eat or spend a lot of time there. This hotel was okay. I would not spend a lot of time in the room. More for a short quick stay with friends to party or go to a Brewers game. The continental breakfast was a joke.

We were in Milwaukee for a funeral-so all we needed to do was sleep. It was convenient, not a whole lot of pizazz, but served our needs well. Hotel staff was very accomodating in providing directions to stores and other attractions.

Convenient to downtown and Miller park. It was in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The quality of the room was far exceeded my expectations for 2 stars. This was a recently renovated hotel so everything inside the rooms was new and in great shape. The staff was helpful during every interaction, and even found a $200 jersey I left behind at checkout and held it for me to come back and get on my way home.

The room was clean and fine but the best part was the ride service. They will provide a ride to many amnenties in the area whether in the downtown are or to the ballpark. Just call the front desk. Very convenient and takes a lot pf pressure off fining your way to attractions. Will stay there again.

The spiral staircase. Little noisy from hallway traffic. Iwould stay there again.

After arriving back to the Hotel from Summerfest and changing into p.j.'s, there was a loud ruckus outside in the hallway. A fight had broken out between 2 individuals. Aprox. 10 minutes later security pounded on our door accusing us of the fight. We told them we were (4)50-55 year olds in the room eating a snack before retiring and the fight was down the hall a few doors. Then approx 15 minutes later security pounded on the door again accusing us of being loud? That they had numerous complaints about our room!! Please! We tried to explain that we were not the room causing problems. We were told that if the noise continued we would be kicked out of the Hotel! The following morning we left a room key at the desk for my daughter, who as arriving around 2:00 pm. As we exited the room the maids were in the hallway right outside our door. We told them we were NOT checking out and they could refresh the room. I had left 8 sub sandwiches, 6 cokes and a few waters in the mini fridge. When my daughter got to the room, the fridge was empty! That was our lunch the staff took! I will never stay here again. The only positive thing about the Hotel was the free shuttle service to Summerfest.
