I booked a group reservation thinking that the hotel would be able to sustain the members of my organization. The hotel has unproffesional staff that's beligerent. The rooms have mold in the bathroom, and the property is screaming for a renovation. Also our group was overcharged for the rooms when we were offered a certain price because the hotel said we had "too many children in the room" when our group was comprised of senior members.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were very accomodating and helped get us directions no matter how many times we asked. We got one of the newly renovated rooms, they are very nice.

This hotel is average to very good. The rooms were clean except for a couple items left by previous guests that were inappropriate for children to see. The location is perfect. I recommend this hotel. With refer, microwave, hair dryer and iron/ironing board, you have everything to make your stay comfortable and affordable. Take your kids to Scandia's!

I would not stay here again if my life depended on in. I booked this room online. When I got there, the staff was just plain rude and unprofessional they couldn't find my reservation. They don't believe in remodling either. The property is very torn down, yet way overpriced. Old rooms, old furniture. Internet didn't even work, so I went across the street to the other hotel and they let me use theirs for free.

The hotel is in a great locator but the hotel need some work.

Had to tend to some family matters, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was great. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Only draw back was Wi-fi was in and out, but they have a computor room to use with good equipment

Visited family. Realize that hotel is doing some renovations, however they should block off that portion of the hotel and fill the finished rooms.

Received very friendly welcome at check in, even maid in hall said hello to us. Enjoyed the well-prepared breakfast buffet-- but go early to get a seat. Families fill up the 12-15 table area quickly. The building is older, kinda funky layout downstairs, but is always being updated, painted, etc. This was our 2nd stay. Poolview rooms bright in afternoon, parking/street view rooms bright in morning-- ask for the type you like.

When I booked the hotel I was told I would be getting a room with 2 king sized beds. When I got there I had a room with 2 fullsize beds. I wasnt informed that they were remodeling and the pictures that were on the website wasnt what my hotel looked like.

Very nice place! Very reasonable price!

The hotel is old, but very well maintained. My room was upgraded to a Exec room which was very roomy with newer furnishings - carpet was newer - the bath room did show its age, but was clean. I would stay again and recommend to friends. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good with cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, fried potatoes, sausages, tea, milk, coffee.

This hotel is centrally located to restraunts, shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The clerks at the desk were very accomodating. The hotel itself looks well-used. The third floor windows facing the pool each have different colored drapes, and some tied in knots that look as if there might be permenent, low-income residents. The pool restroom floor has not been swept in a long time. The paint in the halls has to be refreshed, and the hotel needs to show that someone cares.

One night was all it took. The carpet was so dirty I had to scrub my feet. Walls had patches on them, tiny tub all in all AWFUL!
