The staff was exceedingly nice, and my room was spotless and classy. Located close to an MRT station, the Ambassador Hotel is the perfect home base for taking in everything Taipei has to offer. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, and the marble and light pine rooms are spotless.

I had great time staying here over the week of the Computex Show Taipei. It was a wonderful location. I enjoy the food the most. I will stay again.

Close to shopping. My foot was bite twice in the room. I do not recommend my business associates to stay in the hotel with their price range.

Excellent service from staff and close to MART subway. Not very comfortable for non Mandarin speakers. Excellent location, nice renovated rooms and lobby area. The food is O.K. and the prices are basic western hotel food prices. I am a native English speaker U.S. that has taken two semesters of college level Mandarin. I had to recall all of my language skills to communicate in the hotel with anyone beyond check in. This hotel is business, not leisure oriented.

Friendly, Centrally located, English well spoken Don't have anything bad to say about this hotel Enjoyed my stay here. Well appointed modern rooms with complimentary bottled water. Located in a busy area close to public transportation. Helpful staff, not just at reception area but doorman, bell staff too.
