The modern, attractive apartment complex with gardens offers the perfect base for families, couples and singles alike. A total of 28 apartments are available, spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom in addition to a caf, a restaurant and, on payment of an additional fee, room service.

This apartment complex lies just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Marmaris and its tourist centre. A diverse selection of restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network are situated within walking distance and it is 1.2 km to the nearest beach whilst Dalaman airport is approximately 90 km from the hotel.

The apartments each come with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, individually controllable air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. There is an entertainment programme for both children and adults to provide some variation.

A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal may be taken la carte whilst the midday meal may also be chosen from a menu.
