We had reservation confirmation in hand when we arrived, and they had no reservation for us. This was resolved an hour later when we given "the" room at an additional $30 USD per night. "Bully", the Tourist Mgr actually yelled at us all through the lobby when we told him we did not want his (outrageously priced) services. He went so far as to tell us "they will put a knife to your throat and kill you". Well, I'm still here. I had a great time and found everyone friendly, and trying to get my money. Thats how they live. There was more than I expected. I expected the price haggling, but was shocked at the behavior and outright rudeness of this guy. Although his assistants were polite and nice, they too were thieves. The Hotel Staff does nothing about the bazaar behavior. But then, they too are thieves. Its close to the pyramids and we had a great room.... I expected the dust, I was in the desert. Cabs were cheap if you went 2 blocks away from the hotel to the main street. I would NEVER stay there again or at their affiliates. I wrote to JJW Hotels & Resorts. They don’t care.

We stayed 2 days, room is not bad, but service is terrible. Breakfast is poor and expensive. Man on reception tried to trick us, because we check-out at 8 pm, he called at 17.45 and said that the rule of hotel is to check-out 18.00 and we will pay for all day. Nuts to you )) Don't stay here. But if you stay ask to write all conditions on paper for your safety.
