Great new motel. Really appreciated the underfloor heating which kept us warm all night. Location is ideal and the managers were very helpful.The nicest motel in Taupo that we have stayed in.

On the second day we had to complain about the servicing of the unit.The basin wasn't cleaned & rubbish not removed. Towels were of a bad stanard. Only 2 towels supplied when there was a spa bath.It was not the stanard we expect of a 5 star unit.Even with the discount , it was over priced.We have stayed at better motels for a far cheaper rate.

This was a great experience, somewhere we could relax, and as good as being home. We stayed in the Executive Family Spa room, and particularly enjoyed having a BBQ in our private courtyard. Recommended.

It's a convenience place to the town and it's within walking distance to the lake taupo. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The cooking facilities and the utensils were in great conditions. The breakfast was send to our room and we borrowed DVDs without extra cost. Basically, i will definetely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was a bit cold at night unless you turned on the noisey heat pump. Would have liked an extra blanket but otherwise it was very good value for $.

This is a clean, modern motel but not a 5 star and the rules and regulations operating are like being back at school.

Very convenient and clean. Lovely courtyard with BBQ. Helpful and pleasant staff. Bedroom very dull, a bit oppressive. Would have been useful for the kitchen to have a salad bowl and serving dishes. Appreciated nice wine glassesglasses! Toilet holder in Bathroom very wobbly....took paper off it and stood it on the bath.

Particularly warm and comfortable accomodation compared with many other motels we have stayed in locally. Extremely clean and well serviced, certainly recommended. One minor fault was the lack of arm chairs.

Had a lovely family time in this modern facility. Glad we got the larger room - the weather was attrocious so we spent nearly all our time inside. Abundant off-street parking. No problems extending checkout from 10am to 11am. Will stay again.
