Clean, friendly, hip & modern. No nearby eating except Sheraton high end restaurant. Great value, great experience especially with teenagers. Will chose this hotel again!

Love this Hotel. Have stayed there before and will return. The atmosphere is so light, and fun. The pool table and games in the lobby are a great way to just kill time. The bar is a bit over priced. Angel at the front desk is great. Take all her recommendations, she has never let us down. Didn't get room service but did have some special requests and all were filled to a tee and quickly. Only take aobut 10 minutes to get to south st. as well..

The Aloft hotel concept is definitely not your typical "cookie cutter" hotel. It's a concept that I have never seen before. It was originally my husband's idea to stay at the Aloft because of the simple fact that it was different, out of the norm. The idea of not having room service in the hotel I can live with. But not having a restaurant within the hotel is different to say the least. We were lucky enough to have a single cup coffee/tea maker in the room with a small refrigerator. The coffee packets that were provided was lacking flavor and most definitely not something I would ever drink again. It's fine if you're not a "coffee person". But if you need a little pick me up in the a.m. or later in the day, then I would suggest bringing your own coffee "pods" or going elsewhere for coffee. The staff was definitely friendly, almost to the point where you questioned the authenticity of it all. At times, it seemed as though they were overly friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. It hurt our backs, we went to bed one way and waking up completely in pain. My back is still hurting from it! The shower is small, but it served it's purpose. The bonus was the wall mounted Bliss shower products. I packed my own shampoo and conditioner, not thinking that I was going to be pleasantly surprised. The towels provided by the hotel were thick, but seemed as though they were starched like no one has ever starched them before. They were stiff and hurt to use. The decor is definitely again, not your typical "cookie cutter" style. The sink was like something in a home and garden magazine. There was a full sized blow dryer, that was powerful and did a great job drying my hair. The pool was so-so, it wasn't anything spectacular. The outdoor patio was also decorated in a funky style as well. The lounge and bar area were small and didn't exactly represent what the website portrayed itself to be. No loss there, we aren't drinkers and we didn't care to mingle with the few patrons that w

I loved the hotel, the fitness room and swimming pool were very nice. Staff were very nice, they let us check in earlier and they were very helpful with everything we needed. The only cons were that there was no restaurant in the hotel and it was a little far from the city.

The ALOFT was very disappointing in that there was no bellboys to help with bags. The clerk was paying more attention to her friend standing at the front desk than the guess. The tempeture in the room was cold, when I complain to the front desk the clerk spoke as if I did not have a brain in my head.

The hotel was clean modern, and sleek. I did not have a microwave in the room. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

This place was great.. For our first time stay we'll definitly be returning.. They allowed us to check in early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the lobby has games, old fashioned games.. As well as a pool table. Great atmosphere.

Heating sytem was EXCELLENT. Aloft is just a few minutes from the airport, which was great b/c I had an early flight to catch. I didn't have time to take a dip in the pool, but it looked nice, & the exercise room looked nice as well. The lobby had just enough to keep you entertained--pool table, bar, & tele. Shuttle service was convenient. :-) Well, that's about all I have to say about the Aloft hotel. I just may stay in it again if I'm in town for more than 8 hours. :-)

We chose this brand new hotel over many other options at the Philadelphia Airport. It was something completely different and really very trendy and cool. Had great amenities inncluding indoor pool and fitness center. HSIA and WIFI were available throughout the hotel (including our room) ans was complimentary. The W XYZ Bar was very hip with signature drinks that are out of this world. The look and feel of this hotel was just as advertised ('a new twist in travel'). Starff was extremely accomodating. Highly recommended!

The aloft Philadelphia Airport is definitely the place to stay to unwind. After a long business day, this hotel offers a great bar and lounge area. There isn't a restaurant onsite, but they do offer sandwiches, snacks, and other goodies. The rooms are quiet - I never heard hallway noise or doors slamming. The staff was polite, and available for whatever was needed.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was a fairly new property with modern accents. The bathroom area has a vessel style sink, which tends to make water splash all over. The ironing board was shorter than normal which makes it difficult to press trousers. There was no comfortable seating in the room and the flat TV being on the wall means you can only watch it from the bed.

Quality of the room and helpfull staff. Small pool andunable to do lap swimming. Great hotel and next to the airport, without the sound of any planes flying overhead. Very clean lobby and great room.

Modern, not luxury but it is upscale. I found an old sandwich in the fridge, no toilet paper whenI arrived. Over all modern, great staff, has a 24 hour cafe and it's own bar. Pretty much everything needed is at the location and it has comforts.

Excellent style, great price, and rare gem. Nothing I didn't like Aloft was a rare gem of a hotel. Decorated in a modern IKEA like fashion. I adored the room, and would stay at any aloft in the future. Part of the hotel chain, was blown away at how modern, sleek the room, and common areas were. Clean with upbeat, and helpful staff.
