We back from Our trip with my family we book room 403, we found very easy the Hotel located Dowtown Montreal at Corner Rene levesque and walking distance old Montreal , the Localisation is Good , new owner new management they explain me, they do so much to be helpfull , We recommand , don t trust what You read this is old management , This is strange it is still here with Old Pict , i m a travel agent and send almost every weeks coro and family to that Property with Gds and Travel online , we never have any claims The parking is located next Block Book it before and also you can have a king bed at check if avaib for same rates - ask it like me All the very best from Gatineau Ville Reine Oliver

I booked this hotel on Travel website for a quiet weekend with my fiance. When we arrived on St. Denis street there was NO HOTEL at 1099 St. Denis. The street addresses went from 1093 to 1105. When we called the hotel the phone was turned off - this customer is not available at this time. We called Travel agent and they could not reach the hotel either. Travelocity did not find us another hotel, and they did NOT REFUND our money - I hope they will resolve this as I have been very happy with Travelocity in the past. The next day we went back to look at the street and we did find a hotel at 1093 St. Denis, with a different name - Hotel Glamour. When we researched Trip Advisor we found both City Cosmopolitan and Hotel Glamour have many bad reviews, regarding cleanliness/construction and also for being overbooked.

I was just dissapointed, not so much with the hotel but with online travel. You see all the commercials that say that online travel promises to tell you when your hotel is under construction for renovations before you get there..... And guess what!, they didnt tell me ANYTHING. And when I arrived, gues what????It was under CONSTRUCTION!!!!!. I was very mad.. THe hotel was okay... and i say okay causiously.
