Our Head Chef, using fresh local produce, has created a mouth watering menu of culinary delights, featuring locally shucked oysters, King George Whiting, calamari, scallops, Ligurian honey and sheep's yoghurt and cheeses. The Lodge restaurant offers extensive range of local wines and our staff will be happy to help you pair them with your meal.

Standard and Superior rooms can accommodate up to three guests; Studio rooms can accommodate up to four guests. Costs include two guest - $32 per person per night for extra occupants.
Transportation:
All Seasons Kangaroo Island Lodge is located overlooking Eastern Cove at American River and is accessible from mainland Australia by Air (30mins) or Sea (50mins).

We are located on Scenic Drive in American River. From the American River turnoff on the Penneshaw - Kingscote Road, drive straight ahead - we are on the left hand side between Bayview Road and Ryberg Road.
Car Parking:
Ample free off-street parking.
Set down area for coach & private vehicles adjacent to reception.
Attractions:
As day breaks admire the beautiful views over the American River bay. Watch the daily pelican feeding on the foreshore. Take in a peaceful nature hike on one of the treks located nearby. Spend your day touring the island (155Km long - don't underestimate how much time you'll need) to see the many natural attractions for which Kangaroo Island is justly famous. After dinner at the hotel, go for a walk around American River and see the wallabies grazing on the roadside near the hotel and look for possums in the trees; or take a nocturnal tour to see all this plus the nightly penguin parade.
