my partner and I experienced fantastic staff opinons on local establishments and also service, the room service was exceptional. It was a fantastic service to have come back and find fresh linen. over all I highly recommend to all other friends and colleagues

I was disappointed with this "hotel" the facilities were very out of date and the location was further out of the centre than anticapated. I have stayed in nice backpackers.

Location was really good, was clean and upon check-in was good, but there were no bath towels in the room when we arrived, had to call reception for it also next day when room was services no bath towels were left, plus tea, coffee, milk and soap were not refilled after the services next day, as I stayed for two days.

#1.receptionist who changed our room from 2nd floor to ground #2 receptionist who came toour room to help me with access to internet #3 person who cleaned our room each day..great!! everything was done with a smile /and no fuss would reccomend this hotel to our friends

A bit too far from the city (20-25 min walk). No view from room. OK facilities but shower was a bit slow and sink was blocked. Restaurant food & service was awesome though!

Handy location, being a short drive to the city centre. Lots of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Room decor a bit shabby, but otherwise clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was excellent. Great service and great price. The rooms that we satyed in were very well equipt and as a bonus opened out on to a courtyard that had a magnificent rose garden - perfect way to start the day with a coffee. Wireless internet was available for a fee. Great place will stay there again.

The noise from the unit above woke us at 1 a.m where I could hear every sound of a person having a bath, emptying it, cleaning their teeth etc. I could hear the waste water running down the internal drain pipes.I also had to put the bath mat on the floor to sock up the leaking water from the toilet. The units were very clean but they obvisouslty need to be undated/modernised. The personell were very friendly and professional.

You get service and room acording to the hotel rate- 3 stars, rate per night is cheap; Very poor condition of a swiming pool, I would not call it a swimming pool. It would have been nice to have a cofee plunger in a room.

The restaurant was excellent! I especially liked the way the menu was set out and included vegan/gluten free meals. Food was top class.

Excellent facilities. Perhaps microwaves in the room for travellers as the restaurant was limited.
