My comment is just one. The hotel location shown in the map of the hotel reservation site is wrong. This fact lets me down firstly when I visit there from the international airport by taxi. The taxi driver could not find the hotel around the Siam BTS station area. (Usually, they cannot find any hotels in Bangkok) Actually, this hotel locates on 97 Rajaprarop (Rachaprarop) Road. If you want to stay this hotel, I can recommend you to check the actual hotel location. FYI, from Central World, the taxi fare is about 60 Bhat. Except this, all review items are very good.

ok , bkk is a big city and you can not expect a good location for every hotel .. but i think its really far away from the hotspots. no skytrain station is near. but thailand have cheap taxi rates... starting from 50 bath for up to 2 km ( 1 euro ) stod in a standard single room and paid * euro - i think for thailand very very expensive. stood in same category hotels with 4 star and paid only * - * euro per night, nothing was included and they charged me for everything ( even for my girlfriend wich visited me in my room for the night, was charged * bath extra no breakfast included ) i have never seen a hotel in thailand with so unfriendly stuff and people working on the reception. i think the housemaid / chambermaids were more friendly as the receptionists. even, i think they not make a good job for cleaning the rooms. many dust on the tv and desk. i can not recommend this hotel

Because of the fact that I did not have to bring my own towel ! I stayed in a superior room due to the fact that i thought superior is the best class other than the suites, right. Spent about 80 per night. Fact is : Entrance : No bell service in sight, 2 supposedly security guards looking on as you struggle with your luggage. Toilet : there were no toothbrush, toiletries etc. in the toilet, except for a shower cap and 4 cotton buds. Then suddenly, no cotton buds after the third day, called and asked reception, answer : Only the suites have cotton buds. All items are available though, must buy ! Room : No disposable slippers provided in the room throughout, when we asked the room service guy, he said superior room should have, then somebody brought them up at 20Baht per pair. Reception answer : Only the suites have. The carpeted floor has cigarettes burns among others mind you. Breakfast : not included, 150 baht per person, sucks and have to queue for tables. Internet : Available, only when paid, pricey. Location : not too bad if you can walk 15 mins to the BTS, after you manage to cross a busy road, be careful there. In a nutshell, small hotel not sure about any stars. The service staff are relatively friendly besides the fact that they keep asking you to fill up feedback forms whenever you have any complains, perhaps their way to 'handle' complains. Other than that, bad experience, not worth at all for what you get, adding all 'must buy essentials' in, could get a relatively nice 4 star hotel. Never gonna stay there again.

The staffs are generally polite and helpful. The rooms are also quite ok though it is only 8 storeys high. However, the breakfast is horrible! They have very limited variety and the food are the same everyday. If they can improve on their food, it will definitely be better.

Many taxis do not want to drive us back to this hotel from Platinum Center and we have to walk about 20mins back to hotel. There is also no BTS which is not good.

Front desk staff polite, but not apply to the others. If internet service could be free of charge for the guest 15 mins./day for checking emails, that will be more better.
