Not even able to hold reservation!Terrible experience! Both owner and staff are incompetent and cannot even handle reservations. Tried to RIP US OFF!When we arrived at the hotel the owner did not have the reservation for our rooms. Luckely I had the email confirmation with me.Once I convinced him we had a reservation he was trying to give us smaller rooms than we had reserved, and at the same price! We eventually just left and stayed at the Marriott down the street. If you have the money, it is worth the extra cash. The Marriott was quite nice.

The Alexander has everything you want: it's new, clean, comfortable, the rooms are spacious and bright. There were four of us and there was no claustrophobia even with all the bags around. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the museums, the tram to the Old Town was steps away, restaurants and shops were all around. The park was right there. The rates are a steal, and they will most likely go up as the place, which is new, gets a reputation from happy visitors like us.

We found this hotel to be great value for money, great location near a lot of good restaurants and shops and museums too. The weather was cold but the hotel was warm and the beds confortable bathroom spotless, and the breadfast was a good standard with everything being replaced every few minuets, I would recommend this hotel to friends and I would stay there again.
