| Great budget hotel - very convenient for a Florence stay, only 15 mins on bus which is at door. Buses started early and finished very late which meant I could stay in the city for dinner. Good value. Staff mainly spoke good english and were always very helpful. Not many restaurants in the area but there is one right next door. Highly recommended. |

| Shower didn't drain, however it was quickly fixed when mentioned to the staff. Location isn't great. Parking a bit tight. |

| employees was very polite and competence but they weren't so friendly as florence's people! the location for breakfast was too small...and the coffee is terrible. It was good only for americans! |

| Hôtel rénové, chambre spacieuse, sanitaires neufs, bon petit déjeuner. A recommander pour ceux qui se rendent à Florence en voiture (parking privé et pour l'arrêt d'autobus en face de l'hôtel. L'autobus fait un trajet de 15 minutes pour se rendre à la gare au centre de Florence. |

| stanza spaziosa e pulita. non è in centro ma c'è un autobus che dalla stazione centrale porta proprio davanti all'hotel. colazione discreta, anche se la zona "ristorante" è veramente molto ridotta. |

| Staff was very helpful in providing information on how to get to surrounding places using public transportation. The room was a little small for a family of four, but it was still comfortable. The room was clean. Althought they provide free parking it was a little crowded. The price was reasonable. |

| If I go Firenze by car again, I would chose this hotel again because of car parking space. Hotel people so kind, friendly. Bus stop is located just in front of the hotel, and they are frequently coming to bring you heart of Firenze. |
