The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number. Children under the age of 2 stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 3-6 pay 60 Euros. Children over this age will be considered an adult.

| New rooms are cool, staff is very friendly and helpful. However, ethernet connection in my room didn't work, and upon my complaint I was advised to use that in the lobby - sorry but not acceptable if I'm spending 295 Euros a night for a single room (I was there for one night only though). Also, at this price, I find it silly that breakfast is not included. Other than this, the stay was lovely. |

| Very nice hotel with a new wing added with very modern and luxurious rooms.
Staff is friendly and location is only a short walk from the city centre. |

| I was in Luxembourg for my job. The hotel is excellent as for cleanliness as for competence of employees. The only problem is with bathroom: I had a shower and the floor of the bathroom flooded: I told to the reception but I had no help. About breakfast, I would prefere a buffet and not to be obliged to choice a type of breakfast. |

| This splendid design hotel offers high class service - the reduction rate is important (more than 50%) and the hotel is well situated (just have to cross the "Parc Royal" and you are right in the center. His owner had the objective to make a "copy" of the Bulgary in Milano : just take a look at all the details in your room or at the reception (lights, materials..). A hotel for the design lovers. |
