My husband and I stayed there in April and really enjoyed our stay. The front desk were very helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean the only thing we wished they had was a pool..

Roomiest hotel in great location. Fire alarm set off at 4 am, my truck barely cleared the garage roof (6.1 feet clearance). Very nice hotel, me and my girlfriend loved the full kitchen and large living rooms. Although the fire alarm went off due to a false alarm at 4am that morning, I can barely hold the hotel responsible for this. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for long term stays for sure.

My wife who is in a wheelchair found the suite at Albert at Bay was extremely well equipped and accessible. The suite was beautifully decorated, clean and large enough for us to entertain guests. In particular the staff was very friendly as well as extremely helpful in directing us to eating facilities and places to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ottawa. The facilities were very low priced for a comfortable, clean suite will all of the amenities of home provided. These amenities enabled us to make the choice of eating in the suite or going out.

Nice large room. Rooms were nice and large. However, from outside hotel looked dingy. The restaurant and bar were very poor quality.

Hotel is very nice and well maintained. Good quality rooms and excellent fitness center. Couple of decent restrurants right next door as well as a convenience store. Walkable to Parliment Hill. Staff a little deficeint in info, ie told me airport was 40 min cab ride when it was really 20. Also struggled to return power to fitness center one morning.

The room was bigger than a suite - it was an apartment. Nothing. I think this hotel was once an apartment building because my room had a kitchen, dining room, living room and separate bedroom. Furnishings and finishings are very nice.

We were in Ottawa for a sporting event. Weeks ago, I requested (long-distance phone call) an extra cot for the room. When we arrived, they were out of cots. Their parking garage was completely full, requiring us to park in an unprotected lot blocks away. We also requested *one* extra blanket. They were out. Also requested an extended check-out time. Guess what? Couldn't do it. When we checked out, we got not so much as a ""thank you"" for our patronage. We'll think very long and hard before we return to this hotel.

Clean and pretty big room. No pool. Very clean. It's very suitable for family trip. I will recommend to my friend.

There was a youth hockey tournament in town at the same time as our stay and the hotel was full of kids, but Albert at Bay staff was extremely prepared and helpful with ALL guests. Great workout room too! Will definately return!

Hotel staff was helpful and kind service was perfect and so was the room large and spacious. The vibe is of an apartment building and not of a luxurious hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, hotel offers all services including laundry gym dining options lounge and business center. Great value for money. Huge rooms fully equipped with kitchen nice bedrooms and good location.

everything was perfect, until slapped with 16 parking fee next morning without being told about it up-front.

The staff of the hotel was very efficient and friendly. The hotel facilities were good. The suites are very comfortable and the facilities as laundry room and fitness center are very useful.

Big rooms. No arcade/game room. Big rooms, great location, but hard to find parking in the area.

The room was really, clean. Also, it was very large for the price. The location isn't as convenient to Winterlude activities as others. The hotel provided the best value I have ever gotten in a hotel stay. The suite was big; the beds were really comfortable; there was never any noise from the hall; the room was spotless, including the kitchen; the lobby staff were always friendly and helpful. The only way the hotel could improve on its near-perfection is to maybe update the decor a little, but I'm definitely NOT complaining. For the price, this is as good as it gets.

Had a full kitchen and lots of room. Parking was not available.

Really big rooms! P1 elevator button going up did not work. When I checked in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room I chose felt like an apartment. It was big and spacious. Very clean! Very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Fitness center, free wireless Internet, big rooms. Limited TV channels, food offerings. Great value for when visiting Ottawa. Just two blocks from nice pedestrian mall, and 25 minutes walk to downtown, national art gallery, etc. Big rooms with nice kitchen and friendly staff. Needs more in-hotel dining options.
