| The quality of the hotel regarding its price is very good. The location is absolutely perfect (in the very historic centre, close to every important place of interest, so everything withing walking distance). Breakfast was decent and staff polite. Would definitely go there again next time and can recommend. |

| For a family with 2 kids the room was very well designed and comfortable. The location was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast, but given its location there are plenty of choices nearby. |

| Comfortable hotel in a very good location, centre of town. Average breakfast, much nicer in street cafes nearby. We were in the hotel at the same time as a large group of US students who were very noisy at night, but we would recommend the hotel for price and location. |

| The staff of the Albergo Firenze were very helpful and understanding when arrangements needed to be made with taxis, trains, etc. They were also willing to look for items left in the room on departure. The rooms are not soundproof, so adjacent noises are sometimes disruptive. Rooms at the back side of the hotel are away from normal street noises. Time on Internet is available for purchase. Breakfast is adequate. Location is a huge attraction. |

| This is a very basic 2 star hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean, although the bedroom was a bit stark, however for a city hotel where all you want is somewhere to sleep it was perfect and very good value. It is bang in the middle of the best part of Florence, 1 minute from all the main tourist sites. Perfect for sightseeing and fantastic value. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was poor, but at this price you can pop out for a coffee and cornetto for breakfast. All in all a real find if you want to stay in the centre of town and dont mind the lack of luxuries. Excellent value for money. |

| 15 minute walk from the rail station. 2 minutes to the Duomo 1 minute to Dantes church etc.. Lots of food choices within 5 minutes walk. Listen to the Duomo bells ,very nice. Only negative was our room we could hear street noise (though few cars use this area)most nights so maybe not suitable for light sleepers. Good breakfast. |
