This hotel was in the most fantastic location on the island of Venice, easy to reach from the grand canal, and the water bus from nearby Marco Polo airport. The staff were friendly enough and breakfast though very simple, was fine. The only problem for me was the terrible smell that permeated the main areas and hallways of the hotel. Given I was only there to sleep though, it didn't bother me too much.
