Alanvale Apartments and Motor Inn offers unique village style non smoking accommodation. The accommodation units were built in stages over six years from 1992 to 1998 in an Old English style on 2 hectares of parkland. We are located on the same site as the Archers Manor Convention Centre next to the University and Maritime College some 5km north of the city centre. Our three and a half star rated facilities include 36 self-contained apartments in one, two and three bedroom configurations as well as a 12 units (room with ensuite) motel block which is rated 3 star. Ample on-site parking is available.

A family Bistro on-site offers dinner six days Mon - Sat and continental breakfast provisions are available.
We are ideally situated for touring the Tamar Valley and much of the north of the State. Spectacular attractions within 50km include wineries, lavender farms, Seaforse farm, Beaconsfield gold mine and museum, Low Head and George Town Maritime museums, wildlife sanctuaries, heritage sites and much more. We also recommend the regular Tamar River cruises from Home Point.

Charges for one bedroom units or motels are for up to two people. (Maximum three people).
Charges for two bedroom units are for up to four people. (Maximum five people).
Charges for three bedroom units are for up to six people. (Maximum seven people).
The charge for each additional person is $20 per night.
