This hotel was horrible. The room was smaller than any hotel room I've ever seen, it was dirty-from the carpet to the bathroom and there's barely enough room for two people to move around in the whole room. Long walk to the park entrance. Will NEVER stay here again!!

The hotel was really run down our 1st room we got had black all over the tub, toilet was so old the seat was hardly white, overall extremely dirty. So we asked to be moved...2nd room was worse the glass on the window was outside of its frame meaning you could push it to fall in from the outside, dresser was about in two pieces it was so broken, so much water damage in ceiling that it smelt like mold, mildew and everything from the bed to the phone book felt damp!!! So bad we could not stay & asked for a refund and sucked up losing $36!

Reasonable price and convenient location. Too much noise from upstairs. Overall it is reasonable price to stay overnight.

Budget motel that looks great from the outside but budget on the inside. Spacious rooms with plenty of parking. A fair walk to the entrance of Disneyland.

First off we arrived after we went to Disneyland at around midnight just wanting to go to bed. We had stopped in earlier to pick up some mail there earlier that day and they didn't mention anything about anything. So we figured everthing was great. Well when we arrived to check in the man said that our rooms were in use at the time and that they were going to up grade us....Well we then arrived to our rooms. 2 families 2 rooms, 1 room was upgraded to a 3 bed room and 1 was ugraded to a 1 bed room when we were supposed to origanal have 2 queen sized beds. I called the front desk and they basically said to bad that the 1 bed plus the 3 beds were equal to our previous package. We figured it was late and just one night. So we delt with it. Then we get up to shower in the morning and the shower was broken and the fixers were all rusted and I even saw mold. What a nightmare. We wasted half the day waiting for the maintance guy to fix it and by the time we showered it was noon and most of our 2nd and last day for disneyland was gone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and besides all of this the beds were awful every movement all the springs in the bed would make a terrible noise which is not fun with a 1 year sleeping on the floor next to you!

When we first arrived to check in, the clerk was too busy talking on the phone to give us anything but barely adequate service. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows had seen better days and the bathroom small. It was clean but noisy. If you have to stay in Anaheim and there is no place else, this would do.

It was really affordable and within walking distance to Disneyland and several restaurants. The mattress was really firm, the pillows were not very comfortable and the towels have been bleached to death. This is not the hotel for a romantic get away, but if you're a student or a family on a budget, it’s very close to Disneyland and a short walk from quite a few restaurants. It was in a safe location and the staff was very accommodating. There aren't many amenities, but for the price I didn't expect any. It met my expectations and provided a place to sleep, so I was satisfied. I do recommend bringing your own towels though - these towels had been bleached so many times I felt like I was exfoliating when I dried off.

It would be more appealing to have tea and cofee making facilities in each room. only a boiling jug is needed with tea bags sugar and small bit of milk. We wouldnt go back because there were no facilities like that because we love a cup of tea after a long day at disneyland. With the price we would think there should be stuff like that included. otherwise cute little place and great location thankyou(-:

friendlystaff, quick check in. Room not the best, from towels to bedding needs improvement. Carpets are very dirty, please wear sandals or shoes. Overall, for the price good value, close to Disney

Mostly everything is walking distance from the hotel...a lot of stuff to do (movies, dinner, games, etc) if you would like to get out, but if you want to stay in the room and relax... GREAT!! have a micro and frig. House keeping are really friendly!

This hotel was very inexpensive and close to my destination. The hotel staff was not very friendly. This hotel was really inexpensive. It's very easy walking distance from Disneyland. It's clean and comfortable as far as the price goes, but the towels were awful. Very scratchy. And the person at the front desk was not friendly. If you really need a cheap stay and you're prepared for it not to be fantastic, then it's just fine. It's a cleanenough. I'd only go back if I was on a very tight budget.

The room was nicely big. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. Beds were large and firm. Price was GREAT, it was a decent walk to Disneyland. But their towels! OMG! I mean, the kind of towels you'd expect in a cheap fleabag hotel- small, scratchy, thin. Come-on Alamo, you got to get some half-way decent towels!

It was a great deal but the beds were very uncomfortable. the bed sheets had stains on them.

Overall I was satisfied with the place. It was literally right next to Disney, and about 5 minutes from the convention center. No frills whatsoever, but if you need a place to crash and shower it works well.

hotel looks nice and well kept on the outside but the room was out of the 80s with pealing wall paper small tolet with an oversized tolet tank lid that rocked when you sat on it some stray cat walked around for almost two hours sounded like it was crying internet access was only around the pool and lobby channels on the tv were wrong took my kids shoes off when we got to the room and the bottom of her feet turned black from the carpet my wife stepped on a tack there was a rose thorn in the blanket a piece of bone and some staples under the bed curtains wouldnt close in the middle room was next to an ice maker that sounded like a gardener was mowing the lawn all night clearly head the bed upstairs all night and we believe people were living in the room behind the beds wall and they never slept trash bin outside the window stank to high heaven no fan in the bathroom, this hotel needs to be remodeled badly

Iam sad to report that the Alamo Hotel was the worst place that I had ever stayed in and I am 66 yrs old so I have traveled a good bit . It looks good from the street and office, but the room we had was deplorable. No bath tub plug, no shower head on the shower , toilet paper holder was rusted metal and broken and hanging off the wall, the bottom bed sheet was simply layed across the bed with no mattress cover, a standard pillow case put on a king size pillow so 1/2 half of the pillow was exposed , All the furniture looked as is an animal had been chewing on the legs, the bath tub had very little porceline on it and the toilet seat was worn down to the bare wood in some places. The towels and wash cloths were so thin and hard that I thought they reminded me of cleaning rags. You may think that I am exaggerating , however you go as a guest and ask for room 106 and see for yourself. The people who ran the Motel were very curtious and all was well in that area, but I would not offer this to any of your online travel website Guests even for a discount.

The walk to Disneyland is 10-15 minutes (with 2 children) and you enter the backside of Downtown Disney. The great thing is you can take the monorail into the park instead of waiting in line at the Main Gate. We saved lots of money making full use of the room's microwave and refridgerator, both of which were clean and in good condition. (When booking make sure your room has these amenities.) The beds are hard and pillows flat, so bring your own pillows. The towels are thin and scratchy. Water pressure was great in the shower. Carpets are filthy so bring slippers. Cocos was on the way to and from Disneyland and their prices great. We ate breakfast in the room and brought our lunch, snacks and water/juice to the Park in backpacks. We splurged and ate dinner out. Our son has autism and will barge out of the room if something of interest catches his eye. The rooms do not have the security chain so we put the table in front of the door and that took care of the problem. When we got there the windows were not locked and we were on the ground level, so double check them. We went back to the park the morning we checked out and it was fine with the office for us to leave our car at the hotel after check out time. Overall this hotel met our needs and saved us lots of money.

Room was good value for the money. Save the money for the park. Room was quiet and parking was not a problem. 10 min. walk to the gates. Nice little patio with bistro set to have a cup of Joe.

The hotel wasn't bad for the price; I'm actuallysurprised that the rates were so cheap because of how close to Disneyland the hotel is. Literally, you could walk to Disneyland, which is just across the street. We just needed a place to crash and I felt safe, so I would definitely stay here again. The room and beds were decent, the television worked and the mini-fridge worked, and the A/C worked so everything was fine as far as I'm concerned. The only problem is that there wasn't much water pressure, but that wasn't a big deal. No complaints! Thanks
