| 9 of our family met at the Al Kawther Suites Hotel Sharjah over a 2 week period for a reunion. We have noted 59 serious concerns including spiders and cockroaches in the three rooms that we used. We recommend that one of your staff visit a room in this hotel and especially view the bathroom and kitchen facilities for cleanliness and maintenance of appliances. English is limited and communication is difficult with staff. Telephone service is antiquated and complicated. Deposit of passport is required at check in. It is returned upon checkout. |
