B&B Al Galileo Siciliano: It's located in a quite old residence which has been completely modernized and rearranged for the occasion; it is placed in a typical borough of Downtown Palermo. The B&B is set in a side street of the old Oreto avenue, a famous street which runs along the city from the entrance of the Highway to get to Catania and Messina (at 2 km) to Pellegrino Mountain going through the city centre (Oreto avenue, Maqueda ave, Quattro Canti, Ruggero Settimo ave, Liberty boulevard, Statue) and near at the principal monument and hospital center (Civico, Policlinico, ISMETT) at 450 metres. The Structure: The external facade of the building recalls the typical style of the old insular houses through its colours, materials, shutters, and balconies in marble and wrought iron which in old times decorated the Sicilian houses. The structure is composed of four floors which can be reached through white marble stairs decorated with a wrought iron banister; ach room it's independent thanks to elegant little halls. On the ground floor there are two great halls furnished as well as the rooms style where every morning guests have their rich breakfast.
