We thought it was nice but also the breakfast was lacking in selection.

I was plesantly surprised. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable, water VERY hot. I have paid much more for much less. A little outdated, a little small but worth the great rate. A little out of the way, if you are doing the site-seeing thing, this isn't your best bet...it is out of the way, but if you are going to the PAB or the southeast side, it is a good bet. Breakfast ok, staff friendly.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and went the extra mile to answer any questions we had. Our room faced the parking lot and was very quiet and we felt safe. If we have the opportunity to return to Colorado Springs we will stay with the Value Inn. We did not use the pool (not even sure there was one) or the fitness room we were to busy. If you want a clean, safe, friendly place to stay this is it! The entire staff deserves a huge bonus for all the extra they do with a big smile, even when some people forget to behave in an adult manner.

I have stayed at this hotel twice on business trips and found it to be very agreeable. This hotel costs much less than most of the well-known major name brands. The rooms are small but clean, quiet, and well appointed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wireless internet, large TV). The free breakfast is good (biscuits/gravy, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit). About the only downside is that this hotel is a bit off the beaten path. The location that I worked at during my business trip was only 1.5 miles from the hotel, so for me, its location was very convenient. For those in the military, this hotel is within one block of the main gate of Peterson AFB.

I stayed here two different times, once for my sons homecoming from Iraq and again for the holidays and I enjoyed it both times. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Its very clean and has and adequate continental breakfast. I'm going back in march for the birth of my grand-daughter and will stay again.

Great place for the price. Few issues nothing major. The staff was quick to fix them.

The hotel was convenient for our arrival and departure but some distance from our destination, the Air Force Academy, so take your pick but we were okay with it. First night we had a king bed in a smaller room. Comfortable but needed to be able to fit our cadet into the room the next three nights. Front desk said they had nothing, though I had arranged this through them 2 months previous. Staff worked on it and found us a 2 queen, larger room just across the hall for the move. No extra charge. We were happy. Rooms were adequate space, but bathrooms and sinks small side. Beds had soft surface, towels were soft. Minimal but adequate toiletries. Refrigerator and micro, coffee, reasonable TV. Maid service worked past normal hours when our Cadet overslept, which I appreciated. Breakfasts had assortment of breads, cereals, wafflemaker and canned fruit salad, with biscuits and gravy. Plenty but somewhat lacking in protein and whole grains. Coffee good for standard. We did need the guest lounge and asked for it to be opened, which was complied. One night found the spa closed some before the posted hour. Wasn't too important to us, though. Most, I appreciated the pleasant and attentive staff, clean and adequate rooms, the value with the flight package.

I would like to recommend this motel to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to upgrade our queen room to a suite (for a small fee per night). The kitchenette was fully supplied with new dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses. We had 2 small problems with the room which were handled immediately and happily. The cleaning staff was polite and efficient. There is no pool, but there is a jacuzi. This was not a problem for us we are not swimmers.

A little far from downtown Colorado Springs, but staff was very helpful when I got lost. Would stay again! Great breakfast, microwave/fridge, and nice King Bed. Would recomend movie services available as an upgrade to the hotel, but that would just add to the great quality!

We were very pleased with the quality of the facility considering it was on the low end of the price range. Very clean, roomy, a computer for internet access in the lobby, even a morning paper waiting for us each day just outside the door to our room. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great it was close to pretty much everything we needed on or trip. We really liked the fact that they had 2 bedroom suites so all we needed to get was one suite that helped us save money.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times during my visits to Colorado Springs, and the rooms are clean, and the staff helpful and friendly each time. The complimentary breakfast was good, and offered enough variety for my family. The location is a bit obscure, as directions are not clear. The hotel is located off of a frontage road adjacent to Peterson Air Force Base They offer wireless internet, however on a number of my visits the wireless did not work. If you do not need to access the internet then this hotel is a good value.

"This Hotel was awesome! The price was the cheapest we could find, the room was perfect, the staff went above and beyond! The breakfast is better than most restaurants. This will be our 1st choice next visit! The Biscuits and gravy were the best! It is located close to everything and very easy to get to."

"We like this hotel for the location for shopping, but very basic, there is no elavator so if you cannot lug heavy bags, request the first floor. No other attractions like breakfast or pool. But nice staff and fluffy towels."

"My husband and I stayed in one of the suites and it was like home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable and the suite was darn cute. The staff was friendly and helpful and the housekeepers went the extra mile each day. If your willing to travel about 5 min. there are restuarants and shopping aplenty on Powers, the nearest mall is less then 10 min. away. Will definitely come back on our next stay."
